Every one of our party had something different and was extremely happy with their choices. Bread and water service were good, waiters pleasantly engaged. Wine list sort of intimidating and just a little expensive but with great choices throughout. Red sauces dominate but are not heavy in style. All seafood extremely fresh and well-prepared. The only time it ever let us down was 14 February, when they greedily squeezed in way too many tables in order to make a killing at the expense of their reputation. Otherwise, every time, the food is as good as it gets, and the service professional. assured, and charming. This time we both started with a special of the day: grilled squid - perfectly cooked. I then had the trusty veal, with delicious chopped tomato and spinach. My wife had the prawns - light and succulent. The Umbrian white wine was the best: $95, but worth every cent. They do veal with perfection. Their pastas are clearly a giant step above most others and I am amazed at the depth of their menu,considering how small of a kitchen they have.
