A word from Local 360 Cafe & Bar
Local 360 is a sustainable modern American restaurant based in the heart of downtown at the corner of 1st and Bell. Our emphasis is on local sourcing, with the majority of it falling within a 360 mile radius of Seattle.

Our products are sourced from the most humane farms we can find. Ideally, 90% of our raw ingredients come from within 360 miles of Seattle. Nothing we are doing is innovative or new — on the contrary, we are returning to a simpler way of functioning as a business while supporting our community.

Local 360's bar is fully stocked with the largest selection of NW distilled spirits, wines and beer.

The two private dining rooms, Chef's Table and Loft, are rustic rooms with their own kitchen, bar, and customized amenities suited for seated parties up to 65 guests and up to 75 guests in a reception setting.

  • "I've been to Local 360 twice now, once work-related and once on a date with my wife. Both times the food was really good, though I think it might be time for the bacon in everything trend to end. The first time the service was fine, but the second time the waiter was a slightly curt, hard-to-understand low-talker who was a little oblivious. Maybe we just got a bad break. I also don't like that they have a diverse array of spirits but the cocktail menu is limited to overly complicated drinks that are a bit of a crapshoot (the Soul Patch tastes like cough syrup imo). I'd prefer a simpler approach to recommending spirits that you might not have had before (brand-wise mainly) in a more common context. Long way of saying KISS I guess."

  • "This was one of my favorite places we ate while visiting Seattle. Nice vibe and cool that they do the food from local area. The meal I had with the fried egg on top of fried chicken on top of grits was absolutely delicious. Great service as well when I am in town again the place will get my business again."

  • "When we arrived we were promptly greeter and seated at a very cute table. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the servers were fantastic! We were unsure of some menu items, but our server answered all our questions and gave us a couple recommendations. Our food came out in good time, and was out of this world delicious. One of the best dinners we've had out in a while! Thanks to Local 360 for being a restaurant that buys local and makes dining a fabulous experience!"

With no air conditioning and not enough windows or fans, it made for a somewhat miserable dining experience. On the bright side, the food was excellent, the beer was ice cold and our waiter was vet nice and attentive and stayed in high spirits even though he was hit and sweaty. Will visit again when the weather is much, much cooler!;)"

  • "It was easy making reservations through Open Table. We had never Been to the 360 restaurant in down town Seattle but found it very cozy And welcoming. The day we were there chose to be a record breaking 94 degrees. Yikes! The waiters and the food 'wonderful'! Can't wait to go back."

  • "We met another couple here for brunch and we had a hard time choosing from all the delicious options on the menu. We ordered several things to share and nothing disappointed. The PB&J truffles were a real treat and I would definitely recommend them! We also had cheesy grits, chorizo scramble, biscuits, pork belly salad, and whiskey french toast. Everything was delicious. Great coffee, too!"

  • "Our party of 7 had an excellent dining experience here. We were surprised to not find it more crowded for brunch a few blocks from the Pride parade, but maybe we just got there on the early side (10am). We were seated promptly & served in a timely fashion once we ordered. One of us had french toast, which was light & fluffy on the inside with a delicate sweet crust. Another ordered chicken & waffles - practically licked his plate clean. I had chicken fried steak. The exquisite sherry cream sauce was kept to a minimum, to not interfere with the outrageously crispy steak. Hadn't had chicken fried steak in years & now I'd be wary of asking for it anywhere else, afraid that I'd be disappointed that it's not as flavorful as Local 360's."

  • "The food was very good, but the best part was the service. Our server was very knowledgeable of the entire menu, the specials and various whiskies. He talked us into a nice sampling of small plates, starters and great entrees. This was my first time here and definitely will plan to make another trip for the Whiskey cocktails and the food."

He did his job in a basic sense, but bordered on rude and could have cared less about pretty much anything we asked or said although we continued to make an effort with him throughout the meal. The food was fine. Nothing special. We were disappointed even though our expectations were not that high after our last visit. Won't be going back with so many better places with better service."

The service was lacking, the attention was non existent, and sadly, the food quality was not nearly what it use to be. The underseasoned and overcooked food lacked creativity and punctuation. For the first time in my life, I sent back an item I could not stomach. The others in my party shared the same experience. The only glimmer of quality was in our server who was pleasant. Alas, the glory days of local 360 seemed to have come and went. So sad"

  • "My daughter and I ate here for Father's Day. We were seated promptly, and the server was friendly enough. The menu was interesting and the food was prepared quickly and served. For all the rave reviews I've read about this place, I don't think it lives up to the hype. It's good food prepared well, but for the Farm-to-Table restaurant model, Clyde Common in Portland does it a lot better. The mistake I made was assuming the bartender knew how to make a Ramos Fizz (I order them at Toulouse Petit all the time). I placed my drink order shortly after we were seated, but it wasn't until I was halfway through the meal that the drink finally showed up, and it was obvious all that time was spent reading on how to make it, and it was a first effort."

Try the pig's ear appetizer and the cheesy grits too! Service was great and fun. We definitely recommend this restaurant."

  • "If you're in town for the weekend, or if you live in Seattle, Local 360 is one of those places that you should consider stopping into. The service is good, if not a little tiny bit aloof, and they are on top of their game. But, it's the fact that they deliver some REALLY tasty food more than makes up for any of that Seattle 20-something attitude you might detect. I can't eat them, but more than a couple of my dining buddies have sung praises for their chicken and waffles. The house hot sauce, you should request it if you like a little spice. Also, if you're a beet eater, the beet salad is perfection. Oh! And the coffee is strong and delicious. Local and sustainable ingredients make up some reliably solid food in a bright atmosphere."

We made a reservation for 9 am, it was not needed that early but by 10 am it was full and people were waiting. It was worth their wait. The food was excellent and the coffee wonderfully strong. The real highlight was the service. Our waiter was fantastic. He engaged with our group and was attentive to our needs. His easy manor made us feel like we made a new friend. The other staff we talked to were also fantastic. "

  • "I have been there a half dozen times now. Simply does not disappoint. Service is great food is fantastic and i feel like i am supporting my local market because of where they source their food and supplies. You cant go wrong here. Also, their hostess is amazing (really). I know no one ever talks about the hostess but the time before last we were there i screwed up our reservation date and they were packed but she told us to hang tight and go us in anyway about 15 minutes later."

  • "I really like this place and love the setting and concept. But the food has been overly flavored each time I've been here. The pot pie was too creamy, I couldn't taste/see the vegetables. The pulled pork was so sweet it was hard to taste the rest of the ingredients. Apart from that, a lovely place to have snacks? Maybe not a main meal for me."

This visit it was disappointing to find that they were out of 3 of the things we wanted to order. Maybe it is because they just opened the patio and were very busy that day but between the 86's and the food taking longer than normal it was not our best visit. "

  • "Locovores, rejoice! Local 360 is a treasure of a restaurant. Everything served in the restaurant comes from within a 360 mile radius of Seattle. The two small plates we shared were particular standouts: chilled Yakima asparagus served with creamy blue cheese and slivers of pickled onions, and a bowl of briney, garlicky steamed mussels. Our waiter steered us to a rich, elegant, Washington Viogner to go with the mussels. Our shared main course, steak frites, consisted of flavorful, perfectly cooked beef and near-perfect pommes frites, served with aioli. Since we love our veggies, we had a side of sautéed greens (mostly Tuscan kale), with plenty of garlic. Another plus: plenty of gluten-free options on the menu."

  • "Ended up eating here twice on a recent trip to Seattle. I love the concept that 90% of the food and beverage are sourced within 360 miles. Makes for some excellent craft cocktails and fantastic seasonal food. I also enjoyed the passion that everyone had for the food and service. From the host to the bartender, waitstaff... everyone was passionate about the food they were serving and the service they provided. Highly recommend."

  • "Shared a plate of Poutine with red wine braised beef which was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend then ordered the tagliatelle with mushrooms, nettle pesto and duck egg - also very delicious, the egg was poached to the point and the nettles weren't overpowering. I was disappointed with my choice though - the smoked pork shank which came with a sweet potato salad and mustard demi. The pork shank was too cold already which makes it hard to cut off the meat, it wasn't exactly falling off the bone either. I am from Bavaria so I know pork shanks. The sweet potatos were undercooked and bland. But the bread pudding was excellent again and the beer selection was, too. Service was good overall but I wasn't asked once whether the food was fine. "

  • "I've been to Local 360 three or four times over the past few years and have never been very satisfied with my meal experience. Just this last weekend my wife and I went for breakfast/lunch and she had a bowl of the chicken dumpling soup and I had the chicken fried steak. Her soup consisted mostly of a very large piece of chicken skin. The chicken skin's existence in the soup was gross. Maybe we should have told the waiter, but we don't really do that, we'd just rather not return again. My chicken fried steak, while I liked the coating, the meat was sinewy chewiness. Also, they charge for ice tea refills and didn't refill my coffee. I'd like to like this restaurant, but it feels like they need better direction and consistency."
