Local 360 is a sustainable modern American restaurant based in the heart of downtown at the corner of 1st and Bell. Our emphasis is on local sourcing, with the majority of it falling within a 360 mile radius of Seattle.
Our products are sourced from the most humane farms we can find.
… Ideally, 90% of our raw ingredients come from within 360 miles of Seattle. Lemons, Limes, Coffee and few other items that just don't grow in Cascadia (anytime of the year) and are sourced Certified Organic from the closest place possible. Nothing we are doing is innovative or new — on the contrary, we are returning to a simpler way of functioning as a business while supporting our community.
Local 360's bar is fully stocked with the largest selection of NW distilled spirits, wines and beer.
Our private dining room, Chef's Table, is a rustic room with its own kitchen, bar, and country farm table that is suited for seated parties up to 65 guests and up to 75 guests in a reception setting.Continued
