"The Lobby Lounge called shortly after our reservation was made to try to move our seating to the MoBar, due to a last minute private event. We elected to go earlier instead and were able to sit in the Lobby Lounge. The MoBar has limited views where as the Lobby Lounge has outstanding views of Central Park. Food and Service were very good. Overall a very enjoyable lunch."

"Disappointing service from m'aitre D who checked us in - despite requesting a table by the window (and there were a # of empty tables standing empty the entire time we were there), they gave us a very poor table. Very disappointing."

"Great view but must request a window seat inn advance they have given it to me when with my husband @ 3pm but not with my girl friend @ the same time. Staff is good & food is very good ., Enjoy high tea."

"My wife and I come here every year on Christmas Day with our two kids. Such A beautiful space and always a special time. Service is always great. And hostess is especially kind and accomodating."

"Wanted to see the famous Mandarin Oriental Hotel; lunch and service were fabulous. Don't pay attention to the dress code policy, however. Jeans and sneakers are obviously okay."
