  • "I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate a late valentine's dinner and didn't really know what to expect. Considering we're still students in college, these types of fancy dinners are only occasional, extremely occasional and of course we found some coupons online for a cheaper meal for two with a more limited menu.Usually at these types of restaurants, using these things would generate dirty looks from workers or servers so honestly I was a bit scared! But the service was amazing, they were attentive and friendly and it was a great dinner. The food was filling and presented beautifully and the evening was divine!"

  • "I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day. The service was rushed -- it felt like they were pushing to process us through the meal, with the next course delivered before we'd finished with the previous course, dirty dishes left on the table while new dishes added, etc. the food was a Prix Fixe meal, the portions were not even as large as a tapas (and I'm not a big eater -- I usually complain that there's too much food, not too little) and the preparation, while visually appealing, was bland and unimpressive. For the price completely inadequate. There was no ambiance -- we were in what amounted to a hotel dining room in an out of the way corner. A complete waste of time and money."

  • "We planned a festive dinner at Lovello for our 60th anniversary. When we got there we learned that the lovely restaurant we had been to before was gone although it is still on the websit!! We were seated in the bar and food was strictly mediocre and the service appalling. No one even asked us what wine we wanted! Never again and we blame Open Table for bad advertising!! A disgrace for Ermitage"
