Very good, great balance flavor-wise all around. Swordfish and steak entrees were cooked perfectly, the pickled grapes that came with the swordfish was very strong, maybe only needed half of what was on the plate. The chutney-style sauce that came with the steak was amazing! Cheesecake was deconstructed, accompanied with candied kumquat. I'm not a fan of cheesecake, but the candied kumquat had a very strong and sweet flavor (sugar and rosewood water?), which I personally enjoyed. But it's an acquired taste. Decor was very masculine - neutral & gray tones. Keeping in mind that we visited on Tuesday evening, not on a busier night such as Thursday or the weekend.One point: the wine list needs work: it is more limiting than one would anticipate given what the chef is offering on the menu. Not looking for "fancy" or long, but there needs to be somewhat greater depth in both whites and reds. The food was excellent; the dishes were all inventive and interesting and delicious. We appreciated the variety of the side dishes included with each entree. The space and noise level were very comfortable and contributed to a special enjoyable dinner. The food is the real star here. High quality outstanding taste. The staff was attentive and polite.
