Lincoln is the latest incarnation of famed restaurateur (and longtime Patina Restaurant Group CEO) Nick Valenti's commitment to bringing the ultimate in culinary experiences to the nation's leading cultural institutions. Lincoln combines high-concept design with the impeccable contemporary Italian… cuisine of Chef Jonathan Benno. Valenti worked closely with the architectural firm of Diller, Scofidio + Renfro to create Lincoln's unique design featuring glass walls, signature sloping lawn roof and a spectacular view of the reflecting pool and the Henry Moore sculpture. The restaurant's environment is both comfortable and refined – with an open kitchen, bar, lounge, two dining rooms and private dining accommodations.

"My group did the tasting menu. Utterly delicious. Best roast pork tenderloin I've ever had. The vegetables and sides that accompanied the dishes were all done in an original way, with unusual pairings...the buckwheat cherry panelle (similar to polenta) was something I've never had, with a hint of anchovies giving a salty finish (and I don't even like anchovies), the gnocchi was out of this world. It's pricey, but on par with the top foodie restaurant destinations."

"a terrific evening from start to finish. started with a drink at the bar - then a relaxed pace dinner. we chose the tasting men and the chef was generous and switched out the fish starter for one at the table. wine pairing was fun - the sommelier is delightful. cheese course is well accompanied."

"This was our first visit to Lincoln Ristorante. We were favorably impressed with the food, service and ambience. The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our only negative comment: Somewhat overpriced. VERY convenient for dining prior to attending a Lincoln Center production."

"We don't live in New York but had AMTRAK-ed from DC for a 9 pm opera at the Met. Our dinner reservations were for 6:30 pm. The waiter said he'd make sure we were out by 8:30 p.m. We started with drinks from the Prosecco bar that were excellent. For dinner, we decided on the chef's four-course menu, along with the wine pairing. My wife asked if she could substitute the meat course -- pork loin -- and have two pasta courses instead -- gnocchi and a rigatoni with lobster. The waiter said no problem. The food was great. The portions appropriate. The wine pairings wonderful. And the service was informative, without being intrusive. I had worried that a place with so much glass would be noisy. But we could talk in a conversational tone."
