LimestoneGreat Food with a Southern TwistI have been to Limestone for business dinners several times and it has been a great place to have great food with attentive but patient service that makes it a good place to do business. The food selections are interesting and well-prepared. My salmon dish came to the table on a board stave which was interesting. My colleagues had a veal chop which they said was excellent and the ribeye which one of my colleagues said was a little below par. The appetizers (shrimp cocktail and divers scallops) were very good. We were soaking wet and a bit sloppy by then, but the staff at restaurant made us feel welcome. Service was unobtrusive, but on the spot. Food was a prefix menu. All courses were well prepared and flavorful. Entrees especially tasty. I had the veal chop and loved every bite. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, yummy sauce. Very tender. Others in party had ribeye, not a bite left on any plate. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The price for the buffet was reasonable and the atmosphere was very pleasant. When great food and an intimate atmosphere is needed this is always our first choice. The food is always fresh and preparations are interesting. The menu varies but I have never had a bad meal. I had the fish special (wahoo) ... Delicious.
