"The best view of Bellingham bay from any restaurant with outside seating in Bellingham. Marina boat traffic, sailboat races, people flying kites and sunset on the bay all make this spot one the best dining experiences in Whatcom County. Their new menu is a real upgrade, fresh seafood lots of small plate options for sharing or for appetizers with a drink all at a moderate price."

"Fantastic service, ambiance and food! We had a fantastic dinner as well as a nice breakfast! Beautiful view of sunset from any table in the place! Very clean and the staff was very professional."

"restaurant is still nice but quality of food, service, and ambiance has diminished from **** since the last experience under old management. In fact, I heard that new mgmt has changed the level of service on purpose along with the name from Harborside Bistro to Lighthouse Bar and Grill. Perhaps they prefer to cater to a more casual crowd."

"I went there especially for the scallops, which happened to run out just as I placed my order. I went with steak and it was OK, not great. It was not very tender and difficult to cut. The service was adequate. We had to wait a long time between placing our drink order, our food order, and getting our check. And everything in between. We could hear and see our waiter socializing at the front of the restaurant but he did not pay much attention to us. I find that incredibly ridiculous seeing as there was only one other table seated at the restaurant while we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"I would love to try a dinner or something at this restaurant and get a better opportunity to review the food. We did breakfast and that was just fine. It was Christmas day and Harborside Bistro was one of the only restaurants open in the city for breakfast. The servers were a bit overwhelmed but nice. All in all, it was an enjoyable meal."

"We have dined at this bistro many times and always marveled at the consistently high quality menu and superb selections. The food is always cooked to perfection. What else could one ask for?"
