A word from Lido
Lido’s menu is Northern Italian. The menu can be described as fresh, simple, and delicious. Flavors are layered so that each one stands out but does not compete with others in the dish.

The food is organic and local whenever possible and all poultry and meats are from farms that treat animals humanely.

The ambiance is modish but relaxed. We look forward to seeing you soon.

  • "Took my sister from charlotte NC with her husband and two young boys (8 &10). They and I were thoroughly entertained; the food was great, the space was big enough for the boys and we never felt rushed. All of the the staff were consummate professionals, well done. I am back in two weeks for a friends birthday party. no kids this time.."

  • "We read an article in the Toronto Star about the Lido and decided to book it online immediately. It was everything they said, and more!! Not only was the food absolutely wonderful, tasty and well priced, the people were friendly and welcoming also. We all have nothing but high praise for this lovely and fun establishment!!"

  • "Went here for a brunch reservation and I'm so happy we picked Lido. The food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the mimosas were so yum, we went for the bottomless option and they def. do not skimp on the champagne. The day was beautiful so we sat outside and people watched. Our orders were taken right away and the food did not take long to arrive. Our waiter was really nice and our glasses were filled most of the time. You know those places that end your "bottomless" brunch as soon as you take the last bite? Nope, not here. When we were done eating we did not feel rushed and the waiters still kept filling up our glasses with mimosas. We left full, with a buzz, and with big smiles in our faces. Can't wait to go again!"

  • "Food was amazing! Definitely try that creamy garlic parmesan bread...it's a bit heavy but perfect to share. The option for bottomless mimosas is definitely worth it! Perfect spot for a nice brunch in Harlem."

  • "I went with a group of friends for Sat night dinner. Loved everything I tasted: Gnocci, truffle butter, parmesan, sage (I'm vegetarian so they left out the guanciale) Warm grilled kale salad Apple tart, gelato Lemon tart All so so delicious."

  • "I really like what this place will offer. Great food, nice atmosphere, excellent staff and fast fast service. This is my 9th brunch there and the only place I recommend to my friends and overseas visitors."

  • "I was there for lunch,so I cannot comment on the bar scene, but the bar looked very attractive and I would return to check out the Bar . The lunch food and service were excellent and very reasonably priced. I met up with a past high school friend and even though there were several people eating at Lido, my friend and I could hear each other without any trouble at all. I definitely recommend Lido for a casual, tasty lunch."

  • "great happy hour wine list. good apps and everything was tasty. the service was attentive and accommodating. the restaurant is very pleasant, light, well decorated and lively. good time all around."

  • "Unfortunately, the waitress snapped at my friend once he asked her for a refill of the bottomless mimosa for me. We were waiting a while for his drink and the hostess had to help out and the waitress was not in sight to refill my glass. We understand it was around 3pm and the brunch crowd was thick, so she must have felt stress. It would have been nice to not have to remember that as part of the experience as we were very pleasant with the staff. The host staff did help her out and were warm towards us. We will give them another shot and hope for a more pleasant experience. The food was delicious."

  • "1st time in this local restaurant - having recently moved in to the neighbourhood. Overall, very impressed. Friendly greeting, promptly sat, and very good service through-out. We both had pasta which was excellent. The wine list was also very good. The menu was reasonably priced and the atmosphere was happy and lively. We will definitely come back. Renoir"

  • "While we weren't overwhelmed by Lido it can be a solid go to place for locals. The Burrata crostini and garlic bread were excellent. The special pasta, Linguini with clam sauce had a total of 5 whole little necks for $22. Bad deal. The Lasagna Bolognese was very good. I keep this place on my list mostly for sitting at the bar and grabbing a bite."

  • "Hello, this was my second time I was there with some friends to celebrate that one of them Ran the the NY Half Marathon, but the service it was no good like the first time, the waitress who take care of our table was paying attention to serve the mimosas, Even he saw our glasses were empty, he preferred to fill up other tables but no ours, I had to request for it, the first time we never asked to refill . We were so disappointed because for Us it was a special day to celebrate our friend in a nice place."

  • "In town on a quick romantic get-a-way and found Lido on OpenTaple - great hot spot. The vibe and energy was contagious, the food was amazing and the wine selection to die for. This will be a spot we hit every time we take the trek to NYC."

  • "My party was late for our brunch and the hostess told us that we had our table for one hour and we agreed to take it. Once the hour approached, we received our check but we wanted to order coffee and they accomodated our request. We didn't feel rush and we appreciated the accomodations."

  • "I've been to Lido a few times now and it just never disappoints. The one thing I find most refreshing about this place is that, no matter how slow or busy they are, they are always friendly and accommodating. I've had dinner on a busy Saturday night, booked a last minute table during a bustling brunch, and come in for a casual dinner on a Sunday evening and all three times they were calm, cool, and friendly. The food at Lido is wonderful, so when you have a service staff that runs the front of the house the way they do, it elevates the entire experience. The wait staff are super attentive, without hovering or being pushy - it a fine line and they walk it beautifully."

  • "A truly nice, comfortable, broader than a neighborhood- spot for really great Italian food. Can get noisy but the outstanding service & food greatly offset the minor disturbance (hey, I went on a Friday night to a 'hot spot;' what do you expect???) Intended to select from discounted 'Restaurant Week' menu which was quite excellent. Pleasantly selected from slightly broader regular menu 'just because' of peeked taste buds. Given the entire evening, either menu selection would've clearly excelled primarily because of the expert preparation."

  • "The food, service and drinks are outstanding and served in a cozy inviting atmosphere. The flavors are phenomenal, service impeccable. If you're looking for a place that offers great flavorful food alongside top notch service then this is your spot."

  • "I have been obsessed with Lido since I went as part of a going away party for my friend's mother. Since then I've come back on a date, a family brunch, and most recently with a large group of friends for Restaurant week. Everyone has been blown away by the place - the food, atmosphere, service, and dear god the Tapenade that comes with the bread - just wow. Thank you Lido for being so awesome. On the food note, I am a vegetarian and have been amazed at how rich and flavorful the food is. My non-vegetarian friends have gushed over the porkchops and salmon and a few other dishes I can't recall.. If you're on the fence, just go! And make sure you make a reservation, it can get packed."

  • "Amazing experience! From the food to the service everything was remarkable. Our server Tom was very attentive and not one of his recommendations failed to impress. The salt cod fritters were seasoned perfectly & had a nice crunchy coating. The gnocchi was heaven. Perfect potato pillows covered in a truffle butter Parmesan sauce. Mmm! Very heavy/filling but simply delicious! For dessert I ordered the chocolate budino. Another recommendation from Tom. Fudge like pudding topped with a thin layer of olive oil and sprinkled with some sea salt. I am a chocoholic so this was right up my alley. Rich chocolate creamy flavor with a hint of saltiness bursting your mouth. I didn't want to share. This was my first time and will certainly not be my last."

  • "The wifey and I took advantage of Restaurant Week and hit this place before catching a movie at the Magic Johnson Theatre. We had lunch and dinner here before and can say that the food and service is still very good. I had the Lasagna Bolognese for the first time. It was served in a piping hot miniature iron skillet which you dined straight out of (after it cooled down a bit). Very tasty, as was the salad greens which came with it and my 2 red sangrias just made everything perfect. My wife had the salmon which she enjoyed. She had the salmon the last time we were here. Excellent service: water glass always filled without asking; drop a knife or fork, utensils replaced before you know it. All in all a very enjoyable dining experience."

  • "We came for dinner Sat night and brunch on Sunday this week. Brunch is always extremely popular but they always do their best to seat everyone quickly. The unlimited mimosas are only $13 but take a while to get refilled due to them being so busy. Food is always delicious. Portions are not huge but definitely filling enough. It is fairly expensive so more of a special occasion treat but worth it as the food and ambiance is great."

  • "Lido Harlem is a neighborhood gem. Bottomless mimosa brunches and cozy dinners. There's not a single item on the menu that is not scrumptious. I highly recommend the pumpkin ravioli. Enjoy!"

  • "Limited wine list. Tables too close to each other waiters a bit difficult to get their attention when needed. Clean restroom, yet only one"

  • "The lady who served us was pretty cold and rude. It was the first time we were at this restaurant, the menu was not a typical Italian menu. We asked her about the menu, she was very cold and not enthusiastic, she just said," It is bread. I will give you some time." and walked away. It was 5pm, the restaurant was not busy."

  • "We've been coming here as our staple neighborhood Italian restaurant. Great drinks, fantastic gnocchi, and a wonderful atmosphere. Can get a bit cozy, but well worth it. We actually really enjoy sitting at the bar for dinner as well. Can't go wrong."

  • "A friend recommended Lido as one of his favorites, being a downtown person I was game for something new and I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to get to on the B or C lines, Lido is a lovely restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff with a nice wine list. I had the specials, Butternut Squash soup, delicious, and the Eggplant Parm, excellent. The restaurant is very popular so reservations are recommended. Enjoy!!"

  • "Everything was very good, from roasted cauliflower, lobster ravioli, crab cake, snapper, to delicious desserts. Very attentive, warm service in a crowded restaurant. And despite the Open Table reservation not appearing on their list, the restaurant found a place and were very pleasant about it."
