We traveled to Westminster because the Eldersburg location had an all day buffet. The room we were in had a large group and a midsize group and the noise level was a little high. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. The wait staff doesn't miss a beat. Most recently, we were there for a birthday dinner, there were 11 of us, not a thing was missed. The waitress was very attentive as was management (possibly the owner). We felt at home and well taken care of. Each meal came out exactly as ordered. The restaurant was full, as usual, so definitely make a reservation. Even with 11 of us on a Saturday at 6:00PM they were ready for us and seated us immediately. The specials were a real treat.
The noise level was up there, but not too bad. If you want a quiet, romantic evening, this is not the place. However, we enjoyed conversation around the dinner table without shouting.
There were a number of larger groups there, one of 12 and another of like 20. They had no problems in accommodating the groups.
The service was very good also. The wait staff was prompt with service, kept our water and wine glasses filled, and allowed us to enjoy our dinner. They weren't pushing us off the table.

WithoutGreat Italian food... Without the wait you get at most big chains. A truly old school restaurant, with a great menu. Worth a vist... You'll want to go back.
