LevAnt Grille is a small nicely appointed neighborhood joint on the main drag in Englewood. On a gloomy rainy night in June, we were almost the only folks dining. Service, however, was excellent and helpful. We had a combo plate of superb applies. Mains included nice shrimp kabobs; a rich chicken stew that, while flavorful , was totally lacking in any veggies-- it was just chicken and sauce. Overall, a nice local place.

We have been here before and for some reason food was good but not great this time. I was surprised that the branzino was about $27 this time! That's a bit high for this kind of place. it was good though. We are running out of options around here. The other place in Englewood that serves Lebanese was definitely not worth going back to. Any suggestions welcome.

Went on a particularly 'slow' night.; mid-week, pouring rain. But was pleasently suprised by the great food and outstanding service ! The waiter took our coats and umbrellas upon being seated. He graciously opened our wine and beer and served it to us. Our apps were prepared with wonderful flavors as well as our main dishes. The 'veggies' were roasted to perfection and the meat was tender and moist. The BYOB is icing on the cake ! Next time we are taking a show in at the PAC, this is where we will be eating!

Lunch in this charming, small storefront restaurant, where the decor is warm and inviting for a quiet business meeting or a romantic interlude. Tables are set with crisp linen napkins, polished silver and clean wine glasses. Servers are attentive, asking if we understood the choices on the menu, gave us time to make decisions, while we enjoyed the wine we brought ( it is BYOB ). For appetizers we selected a cold meze platter including the most delicious stuffed grape leaves I have ever eaten. The humus and warmed Turkish breads were delightful. As sharing is so much apart of trying new dishes and as both of us enjoy spicy, we ordered the Adana kebab. We cannot wait to go back again, to try more delicacies from this family owned treasure.

Let the professional warm and inviting staff, passionate about Persian cuisine lead you through the middle east. Silky humus served with warm pide, enjoy the crisp flavors of pomegranate as it mingles with finely chopped peppers and tomatoe with a drizzle of olive oil to form the perfect Ezme appetizer or enjoy the frefresing cucumber, yogurt and mint salad (Mastokhiar). A kash Bademjan, mix of sffron, eggplant, walnuts and mint is dream worthy. Pick a protein - the whole branzino, kebab, filet mignon all mediterranean inspirations. Save room for turkish pudding - a caramelized light custard like dessert with chopped pistachio and enjoy a fresh brew of persian tea...a bonus is the location 2 short blocks-is the Englewood Perf. Art Center.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend for my father-in-law's bday. The restaurant is small and cozy. Parking could be an issue as they don't have a parking lot but we were lucky and found parking right in front. I loved the decor especially the chandeliers hanging int the entrance way. The service was wonderful. We never felt rushed or forgotten. The portions were generous. Every dish we ordered was delicious. I especially loved the mixed grill platter, coban salad & kazan dibi. We loved that it was BYOB too.

As always, our dining experience at the Levant Grille was very enjoyable. This lovely restaurant in downtown boutique Englewood features Turkish/Medit food that is delicious. We love to start with the selection of five cold appetizers. For entree, I recommend the salmon dish which is excellent. The service is very attentive and the owner always comes to check to make sure things are going well. The ambiance is beautiful...cozy and warm. You will not be disappointed if you stop into Levant Grille.

Found this place on Open Table and took a chance given the reviews were so good. It was a perfect spot for two old friends to catch up over great food. I had the grilled shrimp with bugler - awesome! Nice plump shrimp well seasoned as was the bugler. BYOB. Will go again and recommend as well.

Definitely a fair source of Turkish food in the area. The staff is excellent and the place is cozy enough for an intimate date. The flavors, however, leave more to be desired. We expected bolder spices and smokier aromas from this cuisine. We might not be too excited for the food coming back but I have some hope that the other items on heir menu will be enough for another date.

Levant Grille is a total find! The food was beyond yummy, the decor lovely, and the service warm, friendly and well-timed. We enjoyed a mix of appetizers (the eggplant salad was a real standout), and various chicken and lamb dishes, all of which were excellently prepared and presented. We were attending a local theatre event, and lucked into Levant through Open Table. We will definitely go back!

Great BYOB Turkish/Persian restaurant! Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Started with the meze platter cold (choose any five). We chose borani, babaganoush, grape leaves, eggplant salad and humus. all great, but borani (reminded me of lebni) was my favorite. For entrees we had adana kebob (ground lamb), joeji kebab (chicken) and kofte (minced lamb). All were very tasty and meat was spiced well. For dessert we had Kazan Dibi (turkish version of flan) and chocolate eruption (chocolate lava cake). both desserts were heavenly.

We love the food, ambiance and service at this wonderful neighborhood restaurant in downtown Englewood. You are always greeted warmly by the owner and the staff is just as attentive. This particular evening the place was bustling....many in the area had no power due to Hurricane Sandy...so you were even offered a charge for your cell phone should it be necessary! Higly recommended if you enjoy mid eastern food...one of the best.
