I have been trying to get a seat on and off for quite a while (they are booked solid quite a few weeks in advance). Tried the tasting menu ($70) with the wine pairing ($40). Both were a smart choice. Highly highly recommend it. Will be back for sure. And I loved the atmosphere. This restaurant was recommended to us by a server from another restaurant and the front desk staff at our hotel. Based on the praise. we were really pumped about getting a reservation the day before!
We were not disappointed. The food and the experience was wonderful, yet the bill was very reasonable. The entire meal would have been perfect except for the main dish - With consisted of a lean cut of pork which was overdone. It was dry and tasteless, although the other pieces of the dish played well in terms of flavor with the pork, it wasn't enough to save the dish. I noticed a lady at the table next to me, who enjoyed the same menu as I did yet had a cut of meat twice as big as I did - it looked pink and juicy, exactly as I would have wanted. Make sure your line cooks take into consideration the weight of meat when deciding cooking time! Expected better than that. The waiter at first had asked us if we were celebrating a brithday, which we were. He asked who it was. At the end of the service, my friend received a brownies, the recipe and a card signed by the owners of the restaurant. This was very toughfull, she was very happy.
I recommend for the entree, the scallops which were served with a lobster bisque (the best I ever ate) and asparagus. As for the desserts, since the chef is so knowned, we had great expectations, which were all more the exceeded. I took the "mousse à la fève Tonka, sorbet à la carotte et argousier". Just one word, Incredible.

Les desserts sont des classiques (trop classique) toutefois bien maitrisés avec une touche d'originalité. Des plats goûteux et bien pensé, mais j'ai émis le commentaire que j'aimerais avoir l'impression de manger une portion de légume avec ma viande.
J'ai commandé en entrée le tartare de bœuf qui était excellent! Le lapin en plat principal qui m'as déçu pour son manque de verdure (ironiquement). La viande était vraiment bonne, ce n'était pas le problème.
Ensuite, les desserts! Une explosion de saveurs! Fantastique!
J'y retournerais, mais je demanderais le plat végétarien, s'il y en a un. J'espère qu'ils vont faire attention à la présentation des plats car les légumes, ce n'est pas juste pour faire beau, certains d'entre nous sont assez fous pour en manger!

Style un peu brasserie chic, assiette très savoureuses, bien préparées, bien présentées.
Les desserts à se jeter par terre.
