"There were 2 children and 4 adults i our party. 2 adults ordered fish and both said their entree of fish was done very well. I ordered a sushi special and that too was done very well. Hard not to want o return. With children, outdoor seating is a must."

"An amazing restaurant! The staff was very attentive and knowledable about the food and wine selections. It was reasonably priced for the level of restaurant (about $200 for 2 people with a bottle of wine and desert). A memorable experience!"

"We were looking fwd to returning as our experience last year was very good. Disappointed in the food, no near as tasty and prices were higher. Our parents ordered clam chowder and it should have been called flour chowder. We will not be going back."

"This was o e of our best meals of the week. Whether you are looking for ano outdoor dining room setting or a bar scene with music this has it all. With a great view right on the Pacific it cannot be beat. The food was outstanding and the service was even better. It was moderately priced with an extensive wine list at reasonable prices."

"We have dined at Leilani's many times over the years. Out last experience was not up to par, but this visit was again spot on. We felt that our previous visit was probably an anomoly and this visit proved it as food and service were both back to their usual fine norm. We will definitely be back when get to Maui again."

"We have been to Leilani's many times and have always enjoyed it. This time I made the mistake of ordering a steak that was way over cooked. It was replaced without question however. Next time it will be back to the fish which has always been great."

"When the winds are whipping it up, the outdoor seating is no joy. It was really whipping the night we were there and we wished we were inside. Servers and managers alike were distracted trying to keep thinks nailed down leading to some minor gaps in service.

The salads and Ahi were wonderful but I'd have to say the prime rib was mediocre. We shared both so perhaps the prime rib just paled next to the Ahi. Just go with the tuna."

"What an enjoyable meal! We were given a great table and had a fun, relaxing experience. Our server was prompt, attentive and freindly and we enjoyed the food and drinks very much. We will definitly go back next time we're in town."
