We all tried diffferent chicken dishes at a moderate spiciness level and the flavors were complex but not hot. Don't miss the chickpea appetizer; it may sound ordinary, but it certainly was not, and the waiter says the type of preparation changes frequently and that it mirrors various regional Indian preparations. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to makie it festive. When we go, we ask Sonny to design a menu for us and we are always left feeling as if we've had a wonderful culinary experience. They also have a great mixed drinks menu and if you go there, try the Snake Charmer. It is a different but very successful take on a margarita.
