The menu shows slight changes each time in the dishes with the standard items remaining. The staff is extremely helpful when trying to understand the different dishes. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. We were with our two young children. There is no kids menu, and while we did not ask, the staff did offer to make up a kids meal for us. While we appreciated the offer, we do not agree with asking restaurants to make non-menu items--and we are so glad we orded standard meals off the menu for all 4 of us. We all tried diffferent chicken dishes at a moderate spiciness level and the flavors were complex but not hot. Don't miss the chickpea appetizer; it may sound ordinary, but it certainly was not, and the waiter says the type of preparation changes frequently and that it mirrors various regional Indian preparations. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to makie it festive. When we go, we ask Sonny to design a menu for us and we are always left feeling as if we've had a wonderful culinary experience. They also have a great mixed drinks menu and if you go there, try the Snake Charmer. It is a different but very successful take on a margarita.
