Four of my friends came from all over the U.S. and wanted to eat clam chowder at the airport where I was supposed to park the car and join them. When I heard you were near the airport and very accessible to us, I quickly made a reservation. We loved every minute of our experience. The ONLY downside was the inability to order the creamed corn that I had recently discovered at your Prudential Restaurant. The best I'd had ever tasted! Two of us ordered the Fish Tacos that were divine! One ordered the Caesar with the freshly shucked lobster on top. Another ordered the Lobster wrap. The last one ordered the special with the crab cake, shrimp, and scallops.

The food was very good. Scallops and shrimp were tasteful, but not covered in sauce or butter. Very nice. By far, the best crab cake I have ever experienced. The service was good, but forgetful and not a top level service staff. Generally polite. It was pretty loud which made conversation doable, but not comfortable.

very very noisey, speakers blaring music so dont go there if you actually want to converse with your dinner guests. We asked three times for it to be lowered the manager finnaly came over and did so slightly. Parking is non existant on the streets nearby so you have to spend $24+ to park in the next door garage or valet. Food was good and varied but occasions was ruined by other factors mentioned here. Service when we went there was very slow and generally not attentive. we ordered three appetizers and only got two . Then when we asked where was third one it finally came out, seconds before the dinner meals.

Good food. Reasonable variety on the menu. Very good service. Important to know that they do not have a children's menu and they are not particularly well equipped to deal with children (although our server did extremely well given the limitations of the restaurant).

Went expecting to find a quiet dinner. It is more of a restaurant attached to a sports bar. Very noisy The seervice was very slow and not at all attentive. The food was very good but not presented very well. It did not represent a good value for the money. I expect more when I spend $100 for dinner for two.

The iconic clam chowder is reliably tasty. The evening special had a crab cake with the right amount of seasoning, succulent, sweet, scallops, and tasty grilled shrimp. Finished with a warm pumpkin bread pudding that I'd love to have the recipe for. Only complaint is it is too noisy for conversation. Another pair of friends who dined separately from us the same evening said they walked in and walked right out due to the noise. (They ended up at the Legal Seafood across the street).

The food was very good but the service lacked a little. A table of two families with SIX kids under five or six were seated next to us...made the Noise level almost unbearable. Granted my sister and I look like 'grandmothers'...that doesn't mean we want to be seated by a bunch of energetic kids...are we jealous...hell yes...we would love to have that energy, but not at dinner time.

Party of four for a pre-theatre dinner. We have been to LTK before and it has always been good but this trip was not the usual. Crumbed shrimp was skimpy with five or six smallish shrimp. Swordfish kabob was overcooked and the fries on the fish and chips were so overcooked that at first I thought they were sweet potato fries. They looked like they had been in the fryer a few times. LTK is usually a good mid-priced choice with well prepared food, but everything was mediocre at best this time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at LTK! We had reservations in the dining room but there was an after work group there and the music was a bit loud. Immediately, the hostess suggested that we sit on the enclosed patio which was heated and quiet. It turned out to be perfect. Our waitress, Crystal was fabulous, she went above and beyond to make our night memorable. She let us taste the wine before purchasing it and even sent over an amazing piece of chocolate cake for my birthday! She was awesome along with the delectable food! I highly recommend LTK!

We ate here before a concert and our group arrived in stages bc of traffic. The hostess and server could not have been more accommodating. Food prepared nicely. Only suggestion to management is to improve the wine by the glass list or have some better options. The wine that I ordered (Merlot) was really poor quality. If you are in the neighborhood and want a really casual dinner, this is a great option.

We book LTK based on the Legal Seafood name and reputation. The food was good and fresh. Service was also good. Our waitress was attentive to our needs. My only disappointment, which is partly my fault for not researching the restaurant more, was that it is small. Felt like dining area was an extension of the bar area. But overall we had a good meal and experience.

We met friends for dinner on a Monday. The place was quite busy. We had a great waiter who was very helpful and eager to make our experience a positive one. Unfortunately for our waiter, there was a big party and our appetizers were snagged by another waiter. The problem was rectified and the good was great. The manager treated us to 3 desserts to say sorry. Apology accepted!!

We visited before a huge storm came through on our way to Blue Hills Bank Pavilion. I made "Open Table" reservations for 6:15 on a Saturday night, and the place was packed when we arrived at 6:10. The hostess immediately escorted us to our table - impressed! We got a great seat looking out at Northern Ave and watching the people run for cover with the storm coming through. Our waiter, Mike, was great - he seemed a bit "new." We were in no hurry, but the service was very prompt. The food was fine - I don't know about the "Test Kitchen" part of title, but the food wasn't "experimental" in any way - solid good. It was very convenient to the concert, and I would definitely return.

It was my first time at LTK and it really could not have gone better. We sat outside which was perfect because it was a quieter setting. We were well taken care of at the table as well, I regret forgetting her name but she was awesome. She took drinks right away, didn't rush us, was even on the same page about grilling the fish tacos. I would come back just because of her. I will definitely be coming back

Was at LTK a month ago and came back just for their Tuna Burger. Delicious both times! However, restaurant is very noisy, and this visit our server was a little too flippant and silly - like she was our best friend. She never brought us rolls and when we asked she laughed it off that she couldn't remember everything! Got the rolls at the same time as our meal. Maybe servers need to be a little more professional.

Went on a Wednesday night and the place was jammed. OK if you don't mind non-service while you wait for your food (which when it showed up was very good BTW). The Seaport area has become the "happening scene" in Boston, which is fine if that's what you want. For fine dining in a place where you can carry on a conversation head to the south-end or back-bay. Or, come back to LTK when the tourist season is over and kids are back in college.

Our food was very good. The scallop, crab cake & shrimp special I had was excellent and my wife's steak tips were very good. For a seafood restaurant, they offer several beef and chicken dishes for non-seafood people such as my wife, so the menu appeals to many tastes. We had an excellent server by the name of Dione which made the meal even better.
