Was at LTK a month ago and came back just for their Tuna Burger. Delicious both times! However, restaurant is very noisy, and this visit our server was a little too flippant and silly - like she was our best friend. She never brought us rolls and when we asked she laughed it off that she couldn't remember everything! Got the rolls at the same time as our meal. Maybe servers need to be a little more professional.

Went on a Wednesday night and the place was jammed. OK if you don't mind non-service while you wait for your food (which when it showed up was very good BTW). The Seaport area has become the "happening scene" in Boston, which is fine if that's what you want. For fine dining in a place where you can carry on a conversation head to the south-end or back-bay. Or, come back to LTK when the tourist season is over and kids are back in college.

Our food was very good. The scallop, crab cake & shrimp special I had was excellent and my wife's steak tips were very good. For a seafood restaurant, they offer several beef and chicken dishes for non-seafood people such as my wife, so the menu appeals to many tastes. We had an excellent server by the name of Dione which made the meal even better.

I am a huge fan of Legals Seafood and actually ate at the Legal Harborside last week where we had a fabulous meal, wonderful waiter and excellent ambience. We returned this week to the Harborside bar and had a drink - the place was bustling and the energy was fun. We headed across the street to LTK for our reservations at 8:15. What a mistake! We were squeezed into a table for two. The lighting was dark was not romantic and the ambience was boring after just leaving Harborside (1st floor). Our waitress was horrible. The food was fair but not up to what I expect from a Legals plus I was expecting something more creative at the test kitchen. I was disappointed in all aspects of the meal. This was a waste of my money and a poor choice

First let me say the service was outstanding. The dining room was pleasant and comfortable. Many in our group selected the fish and chips we felt the fish and fries were over cooked. The clam chowder, baked Schroeder and pulled pork was delicious. Thank you.

We love this restaurant, have been here many times, and the food is great. This time we were celebrating our anniversary and a first night out since our baby was born. Despite our reservation, we waited 40 min. They offered us a free appetizer and when we were finally seated the bar tender brought it to our table. But we had no silverware or napkins so I had to get up and find them. Also our table was kind I isolated which was nice, but as a result we didn't have a waitress until someone finally noticed we weren't being helped. Once we had a waitress the dinner went much better!

While the food was fine, the dining setting at LTK was not one I'd want to repeat. The noise level goes beyond vibrant to just plain loud; music sounds like you're in a dance club and isn't turned down on customer request, leaving you shouting to be heard by fellow diners. The air conditioning level was also arctic on a lovely/not hot August night, so much so that members of our party took breaks to go outside and warm up. (Also not adjustable on customer request.) I've had good experiences at other Legal restaurants and would choose them instead next time.

From the table service to the bar, LTK staff is on top of their service skills. I had dinner with a friend in their dining room with Crystal as my server. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. Big thanks to Terrell for getting us all the extras for the awesome bread pudding super fast, and the dessert beverage recommendations. The food, oh the food, great presentation and top quality. Same top quality service at the bar with high energy, cocktail slinging, friendly bartenders Kathryn, Jenny, Josh, Trish, and Kathy tending to bar. For the first time at a Bar I meet everyone and it felt like a huge family. Wrapping it up... As a new guest... I LOVE THIS SPOT! Ill defiantly be back.

Our party of 4 went here before a recent Saturday Night concert and was completely satisfied. The ladies enjoyed a moderately-priced bottle of champagne (around $35), while I had a margarita (too small - only criticism) and a beer (small but good selection to choose from). We had the Crispy Montauk Calamari to start, which was excellent. My wife enjoyed the Paella, while the other lady in our party enjoyed the Open Faced Crab Cake Sandwich. My friend enjoyed the Grilled Rainbow Trout, while I enjoyed the Grilled Tuna Steak with sweet potato fries and green beans. My tuna was grilled rare as requested and paired nicely with the wasabi cream sauce. Other than the margarita being too small, everything was wonderful, including service.

Chose LTK from reading previous reviews. We were two guests dinning before a concert. I think the reviews were misleading. The calamari was excellent, white sangria was OK, Paella was OK but have had better, Lobster Fra Diavlo was a mistake for me. Sauce wasn't at all spicy and the lobster was still in the shell.......what? Have had Fra Diavlo before and have never had to wrestle with the shellsame sitting in sauce. Thankfully my date pulled the lobster from shells or it would have gone back. When you're out for an evening, the last thing I want to do is wrestle with shells. LTK is a great location for dinner or drinks before a show at the Blue Hills Pavillion.

I am severely intolerant to wheat, gluten and dairy. I wanted something more than a salad and picked out a couple of things on the menu that I thought would work. My server was very knowledgeable in knowing that my selections did contain gluten in the soy sauce. She spoke with the check for suggestions and he made a special sauce for me. The salmon vegetable pad thai was excellent! Thank you!

Our server was charming and offered good recommendations. The order was messed up, but the manager made it right without hesitation. Still, we never got certain requests (like different condiments). Food was good, but not amazing. It was a hot spot near the convention center hotels, but not a place I'd go out of my way to recommend to others with great enthusiasm. But I wouldn't warn them off, either.

Even though I was 15 minutes early for my reservation, they took me right away. The service was fast - I ordered the clam chowder & very quickly it came out. For my entree, I ordered a special with grilled shrimp, grilled scallops, and a crab cake and it was all very good & tasty. It was rather noisy though with the loud lively music they play such that you might have trouble hearing other people in your group talk. I was ok with it, but it might not be for everyone.

I had made this reservation for my daughters 21st birthday, with a note in the comments on Open Table that it was a special 21st birthday. The day of the reservation I called the restaurant to ensure something special would be done for desert for this 21st birthday. Upon arriving I alerted our waitress, Sade, that this was special and we wanted a special dessert or something for the 21st bday girl. Mid dinner one of our guests got up and alerted the waitress and the hostess again. At the end of the dinner there was NOTHING but a bill. It was a terrible ending to a fairly expensive meal, where the services and lack of attention was inexcusable I will not recommend this restaurant or go back myself again.

I usually do not leave a review unless something really bothers me. 1) our waitress messed up our orders twice. 2) we ordered the shellfish towers (large), the shellfish were not fresh, very disappointing. The oysters and clams were so small and they aren't even fresh. The crab legs were FROZEN, I cannot believe we spent $50 on this awful dish. In summary, if you want good seafood, stay away from this place. I was very disappointed as our party of 9 were there to celebrate my birthday. We spent over $400 and the parking validation is a total joke, 2 hr but if you exceeded 2 hrs, the validation is useless and you need to pay regular fare at the Park Lane Garage. The kitchen were slow, and we couldn't get out of the restaurant in time.

We showed up Saturday night with a party of 10 (which grew to 12 mid-meal) and were treated very well by the LTK staff. With a reservation we only waited about 5 minutes before our table was ready, then were treated well throughout the night by the wait staff. All food and drink items were brought out in a timely manner for a party of our size. Appetizers and drinks were all hot and delicious, the main meals received mixed reviews. My crab cake and shrimp mixed-grill plate was tasty but rather small for the price (half the plate was empty), and the side salad was simply lettuce and olive oil. Overall good experience, we will be back.
