Food is fresh, superb and serverd by a truly knowledgeable wait staff. Being from Massachusetts, we are used to a certain expectation of our fried food. Our clams were over cooked to af point of being too crunchy. I would suggest yay cooking tome be shortened by a minute or so,or changing your frying oil daily. It may help if you could. Get a chef from the Boston area to give a tutorial on the proper cooking of the clams.
