The food was excellent. A great variety to choose from. Fish REALLY is fresh. The portions are just right - not too little and not too much. Enough to leave room for the decadent key lime pie. All this with an amazing view of the Coca Cola bottle being filled up on the ATL skyline all throughout dinner. Cool! Overall, a real nice night out in Atlanta!

We had a late lunch so ended up ordering the light. We had the Caesar salad, the dressing was not that great. The seared Tuna was really good and enjoyable. My son ordered the Mussels, and we think they were bad. As soon as we got out the door he threw them all up. So we spent $50 for soup, a salad that was not good, Mussels and Seared Tuna. The tuna being good. Definitely disappointed.

Excellent meal. Fish was very tasty. My wife's fillet was one of the best steaks that she has had. A little pricey but the quality of the food makes it worth it for a special occasion. Service was good and the food arrived in a timely manner. Very satisified overall

Took a customer prior to the Falcons game and the meal was at best just ok! My Oysters were tasteless and the Fried clams were very rubbery and chewy. The clam chowder was acceptable but that was about it.

We had an awful time and too bad, because it was a birthday lunch! There was no AC and it was stifling. I had made the reservation weeks ago and expected a beautiful lunch. They should have told us as we were being seated, before we ordered. We commented on the heat and our server said they were working on it. After 20 minutes we asked to speak to the manager, who explained they had a unit out and could not get anyone in to repair it! She graciously offered free desserts - a lovely gesture. But we hurried through lunch and were glad to leave.

You will not be disappointment. For an incredible experience, let the server pick the item for you. I did and I loved it. It was a lobster roll sandwich on fresh baked bread. Delicious. And it comes with 2 sides. He chose kale and mushrooms. More yummy food. The service was attentive and we will definately go back in the future. And as a bonus, then even validate'your self parking in the parking garage.

Good wine, good service but I've had better seafood at Captain D's. The food was cold and without flavor. It seemed as though our lunch had been sitting out for quite some time. I honestly wouldn't eat there again if it was free. It was that bad.

We recently had dinner before a concert & the good news is that the food was excellent, service OK (not exceptional), but our biggest complaint is that the restaurant is starting to look tired & really needs a make-over. We were seated next to a booth who's wood trim had been ripped off, so it looked really bad & the carpet is old & dirty. We Love Legal's food, so hopefully they will improve the ambiance & look of their restaurant.

We were greeted quickly and sat immediately. We sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed it - until our food arrived. As soon as the food was placed on the table a swarm, literally a swarm, not just a few, but so many flys appeared out of nowhere that we had to ask to be moved inside. They moved us inside but to a horrible table that was in the constant path of people walking by. The food was okay but it was cold. Good for a one time visit - been there; done that; won't go again.

This was the first visit for a friend from Chicago and me. We were seated later than our 9:15pm reservation because of a staff change at the hostess stations, they forgot about us in the transition. The waitress was attentive, the saving grace of the experience. My guest had Wood Grilled Assortment, which included tuna, swordfish, shrimp, scallops and two sides - grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. The tuna, swordfish and other fish were dry and over cooked. The asparagus was burned instead of grilled to the point we could not cut away the burned sections. We sent the asparagus back for sauteed kale. The server brought the kale to the table and placed the serving plate on top of the bread plate and put his hand in the my eating plate.

My wife and I had dinner at the Legal Seafoods in Atlanta. I have paid much more for not nearly as good quality or taste in seafood before. The service was impeccable. The waiter was knowledgeable and prompt and courteous. Holy cow, the food. The crab cakes are hands down the best I've ever had. We thought we had found the best ever crab cakes at a place in Charleston, SC that's now out of business, but, I assure you, these were orders of magnitude better. The wood grilled assortment was phenomenal. Oh, and they make great drinks too. Overall a fantastic experience.

I went last month and swore I would never return because I was not pleased with the service. Well I went back last night and I am glad that I did. Our server's name was Robert P and he was fantastic! He was completely professional and kept a smile on our faces the entire time which was a total 180 from the first impression I got on my last visit. I ordered the crab dip for my appetizer and it was delicious. For my entree, I ordered the shrimp and grits again because the bacon wrapped shrimp are just too good to pass up. I also ordered two of their margaritas which were also tasty. All is forgiven and I will return again very soon :) Ask for a table near the window when you go because the view is amazing.

It was difficult to select from the menu with so many delicious sounding meals. One of my friends and I chose the Jasmine Shrimp, and my husband, the cioppino. His cioppino was incredible, huge, and according to him delicious. Our Jasmine rice dish was so flavorful - delicious shrimp and broccoli, and the rice (which is often just an 'add on') was absolutely delicious. There's lots more on the menu what I want to try. Also, one of my favorites is their 'lite' clam chowder - I love clam chowder, but when trying to cut down on fat and dairy, this is an excellent low-calorie and flavorful alternative.

Food took 45+ minutes to arrive. Not a problem for a high quality meal but our dinner was underwhelming. Our plates came out 5 minutes apart and my meal (first received) was cold. I asked to have a freshly prepared meal and when it arrived the taste was off. Spoke with the manager who took care of the tab but we left hungry.
