"My boyfriend and I tried Left Bank this past weekend for the first time, and we had such a great experience that we're already planning to go again. We found the service to be friendly and attentive, and the food was fantastic. I can recommend every dish we ate, which included the soft shell crab appetizer, the paccheri pasta, the heritage pork chop, the squash w/soppressata & sage, and the maple syrup pie."

"I had a guilt city coupon. When we arrived the host was very gracious. We decided to have a drink at the bar prior to dinner. Good decision! Claiborn, the bartender, was both engaging and knowledgable! He made awesome "hot" drinks! Dinners change nightly. My mackerel salad was amazing! Hubbys roasted squid delicious! Pasta dish cooked to perfection! Seafood stew was nicely seasoned and the crispy bread was great for sopping up the sauce! Pork chop was good...ask for it more on the rare side. The servers could not have been more pleasant and attentive!"

"We had a great time dining at Left Bank. The restaurant was absolutely packed and it took very long for the food to arrive, although the waiters did their very best and we never sat with an empty glass.
But every course worth the wait - and the Maple Pie was the frostting on the cake. Will definitely go back."

"This was a great dinner in every way. All of our food, from beet salad to pasta to seafood stew, to homemade semifreddo was notable. Beautiful flavors, all very well done... The Chardonnay by the carafe (Lioco?) is wonderful. Our server was possibly the best waitress ever--thanks, Mami, for making our night. The hostess, Micheline was lovely and welcoming. This is a restaurant we look forward to returning to. Everything inside made the scaffolding and the lack of view outside almost disappear. Get past that; it's so worth it."
