The only problem I have is that they sometimes charge the full price even if you only have the salad bar. This is the second time it happens to me. The first time the server took care of it. Plus, the idea of having various fresh meats carved to order (or removed from the skewers, like the sausage) was very enticing for myself as a meat-lover. Service was good, though server was a bit of a low-talker. Food was very good, with the bacon-wrapped filet being the highlight. Be sure that everyone coming enjoys different cuts and seasonings of meat. Unfortunately, my daughter isn't a very brave eater, so she didn't have a superior experience. We arrived at our reservation time and were seated off to the side as requested. Kevin was our server and he did an excellent job.
The system they use brings the servers to your table at just the right time and the food was well prepared and top quality.

I am from Michigan and the closet restaurant of this type is in Chicago. As always the food and Service was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and nice dimmed lightings for special occasions. The salad bar is exceptional. It is way more than just salads with the soup, pastas, cheeses. This itself is a full meal. Service was great, it was wonderful how quick the servers respond when you flip your card to green. Would I recommend to others? You have the choice of just the salad bar or the salad bar and meats. If you want meat but cannot decide what type of meat you want to eat, don't worry, you can have it all, port, chicken, steak, roast, etc. all fixed several ways and all you want to eat. Even the 'salad bar' has meats. Fish, shrimp, scallops and black beans with delicious meat. Since this was our first time the wait staff did a good job of explaining how we would be served and what to expect. The salad bar consisted of different items than we are used to but it was enjoyable. The meat dishes were excellent although the ribs did not seem to have much meat. Also enjoyed the garlic potatoes and sweet potatoes as they were quite tasty.

The food was good, but has certain spices on it that threw me off a bit. I especially enjoyed the Prime Rib and Top Sirloin. Orginially I thought I would be crazy about the Filet Mignon, but some was too well done for me. I also would have liked it if they offered different sides that you can choose. There is a salad bar with many items but something was just not right about it for me. I'm sure others would like it, soups, cold cuts but who would want to fill up on that before all the meat comes.
The only other problem I had with this is that I didn't feel like you could just relax and enjoy your meal. You have to watch for what you like to come by.
