Our table was set up beautifully with flowers, balloons, and a card. We had a wonderful meal of Pork Cheeks, accompanied by the most amazing bottle of Bordeaux from the extensive reserve wine list. Since we were coming to Omaha, we had to return for another delicious meal. the pork cheeks were "melt in your mouth" good and the flavored custard trio was to die for. For me, this was a departure from my normal "go to" selection at Le Voltaire, which is boeuf bourguignon. As with other items we have both enjoyed here, I was not disappointed with my selection. It was terrific!
We come to Le Voltaire on a fairly regular basis, so the staff is familiar with our tastes and habits. When we arrived, our table was set with a bottle of the wine we typically select. Everyone goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. That is the manner of treatment you can expect here. Other dishes that were eaten at our table were the leg of lamb and beef stew, all amazing. Apetizers that were ordered were the smoked salmon and french onion soup, again all amazing. Finally dessert was the trio of pots and lemon tart, both awesome and completely devoured!

Definitely a hidden gem in west Omaha, the wine list is outstanding and the food is unbeatable.
