was named for a famous inn, long known for its warm hospitality and fine food, a favorite stopping place for travelers in the beautiful Dordogne region. We hope to offer the same intimacy and comfort that brought… fame to the original Le Vieux Logis, while re-interpreting its classic French cuisine for a new generation, combining its elegance and grace with American ingredients, ingenuity, and style. My friend Marcel Montagnier, the esteemed restaurateur, opened our doors in 1980. What I learned from him, as well as from my husband, Jorgen Kolle, and my parents, Betty and Leon Zeiger, and from my brother, David, is that YOU, our very dear customers, are the most important ingredient on the menu.
