"I have had tea at the Windsor Court many times and it is always a lovely experience. I have never had poor service until this occasion. I don't think this is the norm and would not hesitate to go back."

"The Tea we attended at the Windsor Court Hotel was a great experience. The waitress was very attentive in the beginning but at the end forgot our dessert tray! We thought the tea was outstanding and the scones and finger sandwiches very filling and delicious. The desserts, what we thought would be the best, turned out to be our least favorite."

"Tea is served in the lobby of the hotel. People coming in and out of the building create noise. Beautiful harp music (Disney songs) tries to cover up other noises. Sandwiches and pastries were mediocre. Outstanding service by Lisa - a ray of sunshine who was eager to help. Tea was okay. I asked to switch and try something else but there was a charge. It was nice but not somewhere I will hurry back to. I was looking for somewhere to regularly go to relax. This will not be it."

"The service and attention from our servers was outstanding. They were so warm and friendly. The pastries were delicious. The finger sandwiches were lacking, they were dry and uninspired. Although it might not be considered "traditional," I think the menu would greatly benefit from the addition of some hot canapes, miniature quiche, etc. I enjoyed having a selection of teas and the setting was comfortable. It is a little pricier than the tea at Ritz-Carlton, and also the Ritz offers FREE parking, but I think Windsor Court has a slight advantage due to the wonderful service."
