"The food, the ambience, the wine... It all came together perfectly at this little out of the way gem. From the excellent knowledge of our hostess to the sublime taste of the food, we were wowed! Their signature Truffle Mac and Cheese is delectable and the Ahi Tuna Tartare with red onions, jalapenos, soy, sriracha, avocado puree was out of this world. We also had the Escargots Bourguignon, the Wild Mushrooms with fresh herbs and garlic and the Lamb Chops with Parsnips puree. My friend had the wine pairings which were very well thought out and a flight of white wine satisfied my taste buds quite nicely. Friendly atmosphere, comfy couches and a welcome from locals made the experience one we look forward to having again on our next trip."

"I was at LeRouge in December with my husband, and enjoyed the food so much (the 3 course pairing was fantastic); my girlfriends and I were in Orlando for the Disney Princess Half-Marathon and we HAD to make LeRouge the first evenings' meal.....it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, terrific wine pairings, and knowledgeable staff. We also got an extra portion of the phenomenal truffle mac and cheese............it is an absolute must try!"

"Had an excellent time there with friends on Valentines Day. The food was amazing, small portions but that's tapas for you! They had live music that night, not hardcore rock and roll, more like Frank Sinatra. The service was excellent and they worked with us since they only had a Special running that day. I highly recommend Le Rouge."

"Go for the truffle mac and cheese, keep going for the... truffle mac and cheese. That isn't to say that other unique items (Escargot Bourginon, for example) are not equally fantastic -- many of the dishes are not traditional tapas items, but they are incredibly flavorful and the "small" portions very satisfying. The restaurant itself is very tiny and intimate, and at the time we dined, uncrowded, which allowed for excellent service. While the price might keep me from going back regularly--a bottle of wine and modest tapas for two will run about $80--I would certainly recommend it about all the other tapas bars to which I have been, simple for the experience."

"Went on Saturday night with a group of 4. We had a really nice time, and the food was great. They reduced the size of their menu and simplified it. It made it much easier to choose the food we wanted and were not overwhelmed like we have been in the past. The tuna tartare was really tasty!"
