We really enjoyed our experience at Le Persil Bistro - so much so that we went there twice for dinner in the three days we were in Stroudsburg. The ambiance is very inviting and the food is delicious. It is clear that everything is made from scratch using traditional French recipes and the preparations of salads, entrees and desserts are both attractive to look at and enjoyable to linger over.
