  • "For the second time, we decided to go back to Le Cirque and we were once again esquisitely surprised. The personnel is really nice and the atmosphere is romantic. It is our favorite restaurant and we will go back each time we will be in Vegas"

  • "My girlfriends and I decided to splurge on an expensive meal for our girls weekend. Not only was the food fabulous, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The meal was pricey but well worth it. Everything tasted wonderful. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion meal."

  • "The food was outstanding and we did wine pairing which was excellent. We had the Hamachi appetizer which was the best we had ever had!! An excellent place to eat before the O Cirque de Soliel show."

  • "We booked Le Cirque on recommendation by our friends, for a birthday treat. Greeting was not encouraging as we were looked up and down in a very unwelcoming manner, and slightly disappointed to have a table as far away from the fountain view as possible, even after enquiring after one! We both had the tasting menu accompanied by Champagne. Main thing was that the food was faultless, albeit slightly rushed, and our friendly waiters made up for the frosty greeting. Was what we expected from a top end restaurant and not as stuffy as the Michelin star restaurants in UK. If ever we returned to Las Vegas would we book again? .......... Not sure?"

  • "As blue collared people, we have travelled quite extensively. And in our travels, we like to choose 1 night from our vacation that we have a romantic "date night" dinner. We selected Le Cirque, this time for the French Cuisine, and we were not disappointed. At first from the pictures we saw, it seems a little too much like a circus and we were skeptical, however the decor was very tastefully done and fit the ambiance. Our seating arrangement at a our table was such that we were looking out the window at the Bellagio Fountains which added to the ambiance of romance. The service was wonderful and the wait staff very attentive, the food was probably the best prepared meal we've ever experienced."

  • "DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT TO YOUR SHOW ON TIME. They were INCOMPETENT, and as a result, WE MISSED THE BEGINNING OF OUR SHOW. They should not offer a pre-theater menu if they cannot serve a 3-course meal in a timely fashion. When we spend over $700 for dinner, we shouldn't have to rush through eating our main course and dessert. Vegas shows have regular start times, and they should know better and make sure we are served accordingly. There is no good excuse! This was a special occasion, and they ruined the experience. They didn't even apologize for their slow service and underplayed how late it was, and their lack of acknowledgement of the situation is disrespectful. I highly recommend AGAINST Le Cirque for such poor service."

  • "It is not a "high-value" restaurant. Food was good but certainly not as spectacular as one might expect from a relatively pricy establishment. Service was attentive but seemed unnatural/disingenuous attentiveness. Ambience was the most respectable element of all. Overall, the experience was not worthwhile of the cost."

  • "We had a superb dinner at Le Cirque earlier this month. It was not crowded, so we were given a nice table at the windows overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The food was wonderful and the staff make the evening something very special. A good to excellent bottle of wine will cost more than your group's airfare and hotel bill combined! It is a place that you may want to dine for those VERY special occasions!"

  • "Very nice high end restaurant. It may not have a Michelin star, but it deserves one. Fantastic service, great food, and the grand mariner soufflé outstanding. Definitely will go again next time in Vegas"

  • "We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and picked the perfect place. Le Cirque was excellent in every way. The service, the 5 star food, the wine, and atmosphere was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions. It was very expensive but worth celebrating our special anniversary."

  • "This was our first time to eat at Le cirque. We've thought about it several times in Vegas but were afraid we might not really appreciate it. Boy, we're we wrong! My wife has never raved about the food the way she did here. She is not a foodie but loved everything we had. Our appetizers were scallops and mushroom risotto. She had the sea bass and I had the sole. Of course we sampled each other's. Everything was excellent. The service was impeccable: attentive, patient, friendly, accommodating, and not at all intrusive or pretentious. I've seen other reviewers comment about snooty servers but I was completely happy with our whole service team. At the risk of seeming cliched, this was our best meaI ever. I can't wait to ry it again."

  • "We went to celebrate a birthday. I had asked for a special desert tray to be prepared. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. They didn't seem to know about my request although I had made a follow up call to confirm. They were somewhat snippy that we weren't doing the full dinner, clearing off the place settings which should already been done before our arrival. We ordered off the desert menu since nothing special had been prepared. It felt like Applebee's... But 60 bucks for two of us."

  • "The bread and mini pasteries were great, I could have eaten a whole tray of the breads. For appetizers, escargots, sweet breads, and the grilled fois gras. The entrées were the main lobster, the filet, and the roast pork tenderloin. Incredible! Everything cooked perfect, plates looked lovely, even a little parsnip puree under the meat is just amazing! Desserts, creme brulee, mango sorbet, and chocolate soufflé. Perfect! The restsutant itself is in the Belagio, it is a very small restaurant, very lush decor, the ceiling covered with an elegant rendition of a circus tent, it is beautiful and warm in an otherwise stark restaurant. The restaurant has an amazing view of the dancing waters."

  • "I found that the waiters practically ignored my wife. For example, when I asked for water with ice, they did not ask my wife, just brought both water with ice (she prefers no ice). I ordered salmon; my wife sea bass. I requested my salmon well done, my wife prefers her fish cooked less. If this was steak, I'm a medium well person, whereas, my wife likes hers rare. Good waiters would ask how EACH customer how they prefer their food cooked. As a result, my wife did not fully enjoy her meal. At those prices I expected better. We advised the waiter that we were sensitive to wheat. They still brought bread to the table and served appetizers that contained wheat; no attempt to replace them with something else. All in all; not a good experience."

  • "The food was outstanding and the wine pairing flawless. The only criticism was too much truffle on my hisband's risotto! The service was excellent and I noticed that they were able to easily switch gears for those who were catching a show and those who wanted a leisurely dinner."

  • "An outstanding French cuisine experience, although the initial service was a bit iffy and oddly cool. However once the staff figured out that we knew our way around multiple course meals, everything was excellent. Food was perfectly cooked, with amazing flavours, and the wine pairing offered far better matches at a much better price point than any other we found on this trip. Definitely avail yourself of the sommelier's expertise, and opt for the premium pairings. A deservedly Michelin-etoiled restaurant for its food but the service staff is still very 'American' in its ways. Give them a few moments to warm up to you if you're a foodie -- its worth it."

  • "We had our wedding dinner (just the 2 of us) here 10 years ago, and it was wonderful. This time, it was the worst experience. It was the most unromantic dinner we have shared. The food was edible but not great. The tables were too close together, and they sat a large group with very loud guests next to us. The time between courses (tasting menu) was inconsistent, with some long waits. We did not get what we paid for by far. Had we known this going in, we would have gone elsewhere. The best item was the souffle, everything else did not live up to the reputation of Le Cirque. We will never come back."

  • "The intimate atmosphere and innovative menu, which also included classic Le Cirque dishes, were just the beginning of a wonderful dining experience. The attention of waitstaff throughout the experience surpassed our high expectations for a fine French restaurant. The king crab appetizer was a treat the taste buds as was my husband's sea urchin which he chose from the five course degustation menu -- which, by the way, was wonderful. The wine pairing to go with it was great value and the wines were excellent. My Chilean sea bass was perfectly cooked and very tasty as were all courses of my husband's dinner. The Grand Marnier soufflé was a perfect ending to a fabulous dining experience. We will always dine at Le Cirque when in Las Vegas."

  • "My wife and I celebrated a special birthday here and I notified them of this special occasion. The staff treated us to an ethereal dining experience. We both started with a delicious uni, gelee, panacotta appetizer that was incredible. I had a perfectly cooked lobster entree and my wife had braised veal cheeks beautifully seasoned and melt in your mouth tender. Dessert of grand marnier soufflé and a "chocolate bomb" finished a perfect meal. Better than a recent meal at Daniel."

  • "My wife and I had one of our finest meals in years at Le Cirque. The service was impeccable. Always there when needed, but never intrusive - and never haughty, but always friendly and knowledgeable. The food, very simply, is to die for. As much as we enjoyed our selections, we suspect any are equally fine. Inexpensive or even moderate? Of course not - this kind of quality cannot be -- but well worth it. Our experience here compares well with Michelin starred restaurants in France."

  • "Food was awesome even though wasn't too sure of what I was getting, but some of the best food I have eaten and I've even been to France. We ordered off the smaller menu, appetizer, main course and dessert and got the wine pairing - highly recommend!!!"

  • "Step out of the hustle of the casino environment into this gem of a restaurant. Charming decor, and elegant. A haven from the noise and size of the surroundings. The food was creative, beautifully presented and outstandingly delicious. Service was attentive, if a little speedy, -- I would have liked to linger longer over each course before launching into the next. -- perhaps they thought we were going to a show. Highly recommended. We'll be back."
