Le Cirque - Bellagio Hotel - MGM ResortsGREAT RESTAURANTGreat food - great restaurant. Couldn't ask for better service5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMGood, but not greatThe decor, atmosphere, view, and service are impeccable. Of that there can be no doubt. The amuse and appetisers were excellent, we had the "Escargots au Beurre d’Ail" and "Langoustine et Caviar". Unfortunately, the entrees just didn't deliver, leaving us feeling pretty let down being the focal point of the dinner, the main event as so to speak. We had "Le Poulet Rôti Farci Au Fois Gras" which was good but could've been just about any kind of roast chicken breast, and the "Dégustation de Lapin à la Moutarde" which barely qualified as an entree due to the lack of food. We by no means had a bad dinner, we just didn't feel having eaten at other Michelin star restaurants that this lived up to the expectations.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMOverall experiense , veryOverall experiense , very beautiful interior , magnificent food .
Very professional waiters .
Excellent service .
With our budget we came out to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday .Again this is no knock agains Le C . It has everything to do with my budget .5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThomas Keller watch outI thought that the French Laundry and Per Se could not be topped, but Le Cirque is really up there with the best of them. The meal was exquisite and for a Las Vegas restaurant, it was pleasantly quieter and calmer. Top notch service and food.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMVery FrenchThis is a very authentic French place, which is both a good and bad thing.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic dinner!Service is outstanding, food is excellent and great view of the water fountains!5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways outstanding!Never disappoints! Service was outstanding, and the food was amazing. Expensive, but well worth the price.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing dinnerWe met a business associate for dinner at Le Cirque. The food, service, ambiance, and wine were amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who desires a phenomenal meal with first class service!5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experienceGreat food, attentive/friendly staff, and great pre-show meal selections. Make sure to get the wine pairings-- they were spot on!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMLe Cirque is for grownupsThis is a place for those who want an elegant dining experience. Unlike most restaurants on the strip, it has comfortable, upholstered furniture, white tablecloth service, and no obtrusively loud techno music. The food is fabulous and the service staff is friendly and attentive. The $72 early evenng prix fixe is a great deal. We felt pampered and relaxed, and enjoyed the view of the Bellagio's fountains as we had our dinner. Risotto, Sea Bass in potato papillote, and grand marnier souffle were among the highlights, but everything we were served was flavored and balanced well, as well as beauifully presented.5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMbocatto di cardinale...Dinner at Aria is an excellent option for a marvelous traveling trough a hundreds of indescriptible flavors. A quite pricely restaurant, please don't go if you don't want to spend almost 200$ by person. But, the moment, the service, the ambient and finally the food are all superb and unforgettable. The chef menu is amazing and the sommelier recomendations of wine are excelent.5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful restaurant, amazingBeautiful restaurant, amazing service and delicious food.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything ws fantastic. TheEverything ws fantastic. The service is great and the wine paring was the best so far.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding Chef presentationOutstanding Chef presentation and food. A bit pricey, but hey it's Vegas. Wonderful menu selection and the waiters were prompt and courteous. They even offered us a gift from the chef of a raspberry mousse. Would have liked a sorbet spoon to clean my palette before the entree, but overall a memorable experience.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMThe restaurant was beautifulThe restaurant was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The wine sommelier was very kind and helpful. He even brought different wines for my wife to taste to help her find a wine she would enjoy. The food was exquisite in presentation as well as flavour. It was a night that my wife and I will treasure. I cannot recommend this restaurant strongly enough. If this is what the French offer to fine dining then 'vive la France!'4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMperfect birthday celebrationWe had the tasting menu with the premium wine pairings - excellent way to celebrate my birthday.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMmoutarde without mustardWonderfull restaurant, but for having a snobish maitre saying he would never contemplate serving mustard ,when I ordered un lapin a la moutarde and I got one with practically no sauce at all !!!and asked for some4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMSuperb restaurant that certainlySuperb restaurant that certainly lived up to the hype. Excellent food and service. Definitely a memorable meal!4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was fantastic,Everything was fantastic, but I thought the food would be more memorable. While it was very good... I had heard grand stories about it and just didn't quite get there. Service was exceptional and we had a view of the fountains.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMDegustation menu and premiumDegustation menu and premium wine pairings were had. The stars/ratings should speak for themselves - there is (if anything) very little left wanting. Superb experience, it is so great to see the excellence stated within this culinary evolution!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMAbsolutely one of the mostAbsolutely one of the most fabulous restaurants I have ever been to4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe first time we were hereThe first time we were here (January), we were blown away -- the experience rivaled our best dining ever. This time...we were not...but only because our expectations were so high. Other than the wine pairing not being served immediately with one of the courses (for which somebody got chewed out, I'm sure), nothing could be faulted and it was a fabulous experience.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMNot just a meal- a great experienceWonderful- excellent ambience. The wait staff were phenomenal. We arrived 30 early for our reservation and were taken with no problem. A very nice place, they were approachable and courteous when we had basic questions. Highly recommend it!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful and romantic placeBeautiful and romantic place to enjoy a great dinner4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMA phenomenal dining experience.A phenomenal dining experience. Our party chose the 7-course desgustation with wine pairings, and it did not disappoint. The individual plates were superb, the waiter's introduction of each dish was informative without seeming pretentious, and the sommelier's recommendations were excellent. The restaurant is slightly crowded, but the easy pace of the meal and the relaxed atmosphere made it one of the most enjoyable dinners we've had.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experienceWe went to celebrate our anniversary. I mentioned this in the comments on my reservation and they gave us a congratulatory card and also wrote happy anniversary on our desserts. It is a very upscale but cozy atmosphere, many diners were dressed very casually. The restaurant overlooks the Bellagio fountains, we should have requested a table closer to the windows. Service was very attentive and warm, never snooty. We had their pre-theater menu which was $72pp for 3 courses. The food was very good, especially the fish entrees. The Chocolate Ball dessert was amazing; Grand Marnier souffle was eh. The set menu left us just a bit hungry. The $30 wine pairing was well worth it. At the end they said "see you next year," and I bet we will4/12/2013 12:00:00 AM4 hour French dining experience...4 hour French dining experience... everything was divine.4/9/2013 12:00:00 AMCold appetizers were AMAZING.Cold appetizers were AMAZING. Hot appetizers were okay. Service was impeccable.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMI would have to rate our recentI would have to rate our recent dinner at Le Cirque as our finest dining experience ever at Bellagio, and we have eaten at all of the hotel's restaurants several times, including this one. The operators of Le Cirque should be justly proud of the quality of their food, service and overall ambiance.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was extraordinary- trueThis was extraordinary- true fine dining. We have been to many great restaurants throughout the world but this ranks as our #1 favorite. They were especially thoughtful to our 15 yr old daughter who has attended culinary school- she met Chef and owner, etc. memorable experience. Not for people who don't truly appreciate fine food and service.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMLe Cirque has become our favoriteLe Cirque has become our favorite dining spot in Las Vegas. The incredible food, coupled with exceptional service keeps us coming back time and time again. What a joy to experience such perfection!4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMWOW!My wife and I had read on trip advisor how it was one of the top restaurants to eat in the world and they were certainly correct!
For people on modest salaries like us I would definitely recommend the pre-theatre menu, as it is more affordable. It is still not cheap but it is worth every penny! As a guide, we spent $235 including tip.
Our whole experience was fantastic and I cannot sing the restaurant and staff's praises enough, the food and service was amazing.
Le Cirque is a much smaller, intimate venue than I imagined and is perfectly placed looking out onto the famous Bellagio Fountains.
I would totally recommend attending here and would love to take others one day.
Thank you for making my birthday extra special!
Ja4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMGood Service - but a little pricey. The service was excellent, the food was very good, probably the most expensive meal we had in Vegas!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding Dining Experience..!My god daughter, her mum and I had a special dinner at LE CIRQUE and absolutely loved it..! The food and service is outstanding..! It exceeded our expectations! The dining room is intimate and has a wonderful ambience...Well worth the trip to Vegas! Highly recommended...!3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMA Perfect EveningOne of the most elegant restaurants in Vegas, this sister restaurant to the famed NYC original is an exquisite, romantic venue fit for any occasion. Perfect for couples and business associates celebrating special times, along with foodies from all over the world (you'll hear any number of languages at the tables around you).
It is expensive. The food is as incredible as the decor, and the service is friendly (and yes, it's a French restaurant, the staff left the attitude in Paris and actually enjoy working here) and flawless. Is it worth the money? Absolutely.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMVery classy with classic FrenchVery classy with classic French cuisine. Wait staff more than knowledgable!3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMLloyd rossThe pre theater dinner menu was fantastic. It included a choice of wonderful appetizers, a fantastic entree and incredible dessert. The service was more than you could ask and the overall experience was phenomenal.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is the best restaurantThis is the best restaurant we have been to outside of Paris! Everything was amazing, the food, the presentation, the staff, the ambiance. It is worth every penny. This is a restaurant you leave and say I can't wait to return!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMLe Cirque is my favorite FrenchLe Cirque is my favorite French restaurant outside of France! The food is to die for, the service is impeccable, and you get a great view of the Bellagio fountain show from almost everywhere in the restaurant. If you have a chance to dress up and go to a fancy dinner while you're in Vegas, this is the place to go! Definitely make reservations though, cause there is a bit of a wait, but totally worth it!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMAlmost perfectgreat dining experience. great service albeit a bit too much in your face. Delicious vegetarian taster menu but perhaps a few too many mushrooms and truffles- I had two dishes with truffles that looked identical although one contained cauliflower...3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant is beautifulThis restaurant is beautiful and elegant, but the staff still manages to make you feel as welcome as in a neighborhood restaurant. The food is amazing and the wine list is outstanding.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful Pre-Theatre dinnerLe Cirque provides a unique dining experience that would be enjoyed by those who love good food and wine. The staff was exceptionally friendly although this was our first visit. We were going to a show later so we ordered from the pre-theater menu which provides a variety of options. As our waiter pointed out, pre-theater does not mean quicker food, less food or lesser quality. He was certainly correct on all points. The first course we had was a mesclun salade with mixed greens, candied walnuts and lobster risotto that was excellent. Our entrees were the prime beef tenderloin which was extremely tender although cooked a bit more than the medium and the sea bass baked in a potato crust - outstanding. Great experience.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMMagnificent!Spectacular tasting menu with excellent wine pairing!3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was a bucket list butThis was a bucket list but so good as we had the pretheater menu with wine pairings and thorougly enjoyed the experience.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMConsistently GreatWe dined at Joel Robuchon two nights earlier and expected this to be the second best dinner we had. It was the best. The pre fixe dinners with wine pairing just plain worked. The sommalier did a great job with the pairings and the choices for the dinners were enough that we both loved what we picked. The Waygu beef had an upcharge and was worth it. Decor is the same as when we last dined there 8 years ago, but it still elegant and romantic. Service was impeccable. The only downside is that there is no dresscode. Most men had ties, but there were several tables with men in jeans and t-shirts and one with a ballcap. Huh? Didn't ruin the experience but c'mon people, pay attention.12/11/2012 12:00:00 AM
