  • "Le Cirque was elegant yet whimsical in its decor and china patterns ( LOVED IT!!) from the first moment we arrived the service was amazing. Our waiter Tom was OUTSTANDING, as was the entire staff. The food was perfection. My husband selected the Lobster salad followed by the Sea bass and I tried the Cherry Gazpacho and the Le Cirque chicken. All items were beautifully presented and seasoned to perfection. Before we started the chef presented an amuse buche of a corn soup with Popcorn and red pepper, it was fun and very creative, and frankly I would have eaten an entire bowl, it was so good. I recommend for a very special date or occasion!!"

  • "Our Vegas vacations are spent with my partner playing blackjack and me finding the best places to eat. Le cirque was one of the best. The food and the service were wonderful. Upon entering you feel you are galaxies away from the clang of the slots. The atmosphere is elegant but not stuffy. Our favorite person was the sommelier, once he found out we knew our wine he could have stayed and talked to us all evening. I recommend this place whole-heartedly. But let's be clear, this is not the place if you like your food plain, bland, and/or you have so many food hang-ups. Go here, enjoy the experience, and savor what they bring you. If you are that finicky: a. Don't call yourself a "foodie" b. Go back to Denny's."

  • "My boyfriend and I decided to enjoy a French restaurant for our last night in Vegas and looking through the hundreds of restaurants came across Le Cirque. The reviews were great and the menu looked divine so we made our reservation. Walking in to the restaurant, I felt excited as the inside resembled that of a circus tent. The walls are covered in circus printing and the furniture was comfortable. The windows look out to the beautiful Bellagio water show. Service was amazing; friendly and on the spot. The food and wine pairings were perfect and we enjoyed every last bite of our delicious meal! The desserts are also to die for!! I will definitely be coming back to Le Cirque when we visit Vegas next year :)"

  • "The service here is magnificent. The food was up to par but the portions are tiny for the amount paid. I had the Degusto menu. The lobster avocado salad was amazing. the foie gras was super tasty. ALthough as I mentioned tiny portions both were filling. The roasted sea bass tasted good too. I was highly anticipating the Wagyu beef that I paid $95 supplement for but unfortunately, it was the most disappointing was the $95 supplement for 3 bites of Wagyu beef....guess shoud have gone to the steakhouse. THe night was saved with yummy creme brulee and chocolate truffles to go!"

  • "The degustation menu is well thought out and provides options that will suit anyone's tastebuds. Of note is the risotto "paella" style with chorizo which is amazing and the potato wrapped sea bass which is equally amazing. The premium wine pairing is well thought out with each course and really compliments each dish. The room is delightful and the service exceptional. Expensive if you go all the way but worth it in my view."

A sign to me how outstanding the wine selections really are! Martin waitrer excellent, somolier so nice & helpful, bartender made a fabulous ice cold negron, k served in a tall elegant glass. What more can I say?"

  • "This is the West Coast sister to the famous New York restaurant. The food and service are stellar. The wait staff is friendly, not haughty, as in some upscale venues. Choices are ample and the tasting menu is terrific. The only negative is an upcharge if you want to substitute wagyu beef. At $95.00 additional it is not even an option and somewhat outrageous."

  • "with the food that we ordered. from the time we placed our order and the arrival of the appetizers: maximum 4 minutes. ...and escargots do not cook in 4 minutes! they came clearly out of the microwave: chewy and dried out in certain spots! As for the main dish, one of us had ordered the salmon sauce mousseline. the mousseline was far from being the real deal. it had tarragon and was flat, not foamy nor creamy! How disappointing to go to one of the highly regarded French restaurant and come out with a bitter taste in your mouth! High prices , poor quality! Never again!"

  • "This was the epitome of fine dining! We had a table for four, the room contained a small number of tables so that all have a view of the dancing fountains. I had the hamachi appetizer, lamb, and a wonderful chocolate ball dessert. The table also received a tray of bite-sized desserts. Also of note, we did the wine pairing which enhanced the experience. Ladies at the table also received a small box of chocolate truffles to take home."

  • "Be prepared to be treated as if you are LUCKY to have been allowed admittance to their domain as the service we experienced at Le Cirque simply substantiated all of the typical French stereotypes. (While the maitre d was very friendly and accommodating, he was the only one.) Also, be prepared to fall off of your seat when you see the RIDICULOUSLY overpriced wine list; although the selection was QUITE impressive. Despite these criticisms, however, I must say that the food and the ambience was extraordinary. SO, if you enjoy delicious French food in a cozy room with a delightful decor; all while being waited upon by snooty frenchman, this is the place for you!"

The tasting menu was perfect, the food was absolutely amazing!! Each course was delicious and we cleaned our plates. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The view of the fountains just adds to the atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would go back on a return visit to Las Vegas."

  • "The service team at Le Cirque was impeccable. Our waiter Martin was outstanding and told us that the whole team has been working together for 17 years. The food is very good - I had the lobster avocado salad - I was expecting slices of whole avocado but instead it was more pureed / watered down with cucumber, but a very generous amount of lobster. For my entrée I had the sea bass and was not very impressed. I could barely taste the sea bass with the demi-glaze sauce it was served with, it just didn't go together for me. My husband had the steak tartar and the lamb for his entrée and could not rave enough, so maybe my expectations were too high going in. The chocolate bread was to die for! The desserts were ok, nothing to write home about. "

  • "We had a lovely meal at Le Cirque. We went before a show and ordered from the pre-theater menu. The food was all delicious but the risotto for the first course was the true highlight of our meal! Unfortunately because of the timing of our show and the fact that the restaurant opened at 5:30 we were a bit rushed. The staff was very helpful in ensuring we got out on time which we were thankful for, but this is definitely a restaurant where you want to have time to enjoy the delicious food. Thus, while we would highly recommend the pre-theater menu, we would advise making sure you go to a later show or go and order from that menu on a night where you have plenty of time to truly enjoy it! "
