In addition to LB Steak, Passot and Guillon oversee the three Left Bank Brasseries… throughout the Bay Area. Chef de Cuisine Thomas Ricci executes LB Steak signature dishes such as the 20-oz. Porterhouse with Traditional Béarnaise Sauce and the Dry Aged Beef and Bone Marrow Burger, as well as a wide selection of fresh seafood, chops, salads and side dishes.
