"The food was excellent, the service not so much. We were seated and had to wait for almost 20 min before anyone (!) came over to acknowledge us. No water, nothing. Just as we entertained a thought of leaving this place and going somewhere else, our waited appeared and apologized for the delay. No complaints about the food, once again. The service could have been and should have been better.
There were a few instances when we had to wait for a drink, the next course, etc. WE were not impressed at all."

"There are very few true steak houses left. Let’s face it, beef is expensive. If you're looking for a "deal" on a steak, go to Safeway and bbq it at home. This place is to go to be "wined and dined" in style. The cut of steak (rib eye for me, New York Strip for my partner) was perfectly cut and perfectly prepared. It's just good steak! Excellent wine list and the server was able to translate our wine likes into great suggestions, the wine to food paring was excellent. Except for standard baked potato, I do not recommend any of the sides. They were mediocre at best. Dessert again was excellent. LBs is for special occasions, to take out company or if you want great steak and aren't trying to be on a budget. Just go to LBs and enjoy yourself"

"The food is good but not excellent. The ambiance is energetic, a bit hectic and not really the place I would go for a quiet dinner. The servers are very attentive although it is unfortunate our steaks got switched. Will come back probably for the aged steaks."

"This place came highly recommended yet I left very dissatisfied and feeling robbed. Our waiter spoke down to my girlfriend, as though she didn't know anything about steak. The meat is WAY over priced. If you're going to attempt to have really good steaks, your sides should stack up. 4 dollars seems like a fair price for monster flavorless alien looking asparagus. So why was my girlfriends 8oz filet 40$? What a rip off. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were made to wait for 10 minutes. Not a big deal, but when you are getting 200$ from me for average meat and wine, we should be seated in a timely manner. Guess the jokes on us, mistreated by a meat head waiter. Then had to pay for it. Looked cool. Not."

"When I made a resavation,I told you it's farewell party. And I ordered surprise dessert.But at last Creme brûlée with massage happy birthday was served. We were so disappointed."
