The 300 seat restaurant includes a 180 seat main dining room, a 20 seat private dining room and 100 seats on the outdoor patio overlooking the famed Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is open seven days a week dinner starting at 5 pm, with late night dining until 1am. Chef Ralph Scamardella and his… team of experienced chefs will treat guests to a culinary journey with selections of classic Italian dishes. "LAVO is clearly one of Las Vegas' best restaurants. Our server knew each dish on the menu and offered several there weren't even listed at the start of our meal. The place was already busy when we arrive 40 minutes in advance of our reservation. We thought we'd be told to wait in the bar, which would have been fine, instead the hostess promptly seated us after a brief, friend introductory conversation.
Courses arrived in an orderly fashion without pressure. LAVO's cocktails are equal to their food counterpart, well prepared, tempting and delicious. We enjoyed a well orchestrated dinning experience, enjoyed at a leisurely pace. And the dinner conversation with the couples at adjoining tables added positively to the experience."

"They advertised a 2009 wine and served us a 2010 wine. We asked to get a refund for the bottle for their mistake and was told sorry we can't do anything for you. Very poor customer service from the manager."

"It was my boyfriend and I's first time in Vegas and we ate here the first night. We dined outside which the weather was perfect for. The food was delicious and the service was great. We were just across from Treasure Island and were able to watch the pirate show at the end of our meal which was an added treat. If we ever come back to Vegas I would definantly dine here again."

"Food was average to very good, depending on dish. Reserved well in advance for birthday dinner. Requested table on terrace, but was forced inside due to weather. Party of 6 people could not hear anyone at the table speak throughout meal because of the noise. Not noise from diners, noise from DJ's music. Yes, this place had a house DJ spinning music that drowned out all conversation. Understood that this place is attached to a nightclub upstairs, but it wasn't open yet. Regardless, people there for the restaurant shouldn't have to shout like it's a nightclub."
