Pricey.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding Experience!During warm weather dining is creekside, which is lovely. The food is exceptional, as is the service and the view. They also have a wonderful creekside brunch on Sundays.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways fabulous! Each time we come to Sedona, we spend a night having dinner here. It is one of the most beautiful places we've ever been to.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely Sedona EveningMagical location along the Oak Creek ... tranquil and delightful meal and service .. menu items

Best food and service. Perfect gem of a restaurant. One of my favourites anywhere!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were blown away by theWe were blown away by the creek side dining experience. Service was excellent. Food was world class chef without being too "foo-foo." Wine recommended by server was perfect. Worth the expensive price. Valet will not accept even a tip. I ordered flowers online and made sure I called the restaurant to let them know and they were waiting at our table when we arrived. Perfect!5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMperfect in every wayWe had a romantic creekside table. The staff was unbelieveable. They were mindful of quietly attending to our needs without interrupting our conversation. The food was magnificent. We both started with the foie gras and my husband had a filet and I had duck, both were perfect. The wine list was extensive, well dispersed for all palates and prices. Dessert was heavenly. I can not say enough good comments about this dining experience.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMReviewThis restuarant was recommended by some friends who have dined here. We were staying in the area a couple nights and decided to give it a try. It was a fabulous spot to dine and the food and service was excellent. A bit pricey, but well worth it for a special ocassion. Would definitely stop again when in the area!5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing L'Auberge! The most wonderful place to dine in Sedona. Creek view and/or creek side dining. The Dungenous Crab salad is divine. Best wine list I've ever seen. This is a 5 star diamond and should be worth 1000 points!4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding meal and serviceWhat a great place for dinner and ambience. We were seated on the banks of Oak Creek with ducks flying by. Service was exceptional, not overbearing, but always there when we needed something. The food was outstanding, I had the halibut and it was perfectly cooked, my friends had the venison and pasta, and my husband had the spareribs. Everyone loved their food. Give yourself 2 hours.4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic service and food.Fantastic service and food. Its on of my favorite dining experiences I have had. I have dined all over USA and Europe and this was the most romantic dinner I have had in long time.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMBeen to auberge de soleil,Been to auberge de soleil, this IS NOT. Lunch - Food presentation was excellent. Service was not crisp. Not finished shared appetizer before main course arrived. "do you want to keep your fork". REALLY? Had to ask for removal of empty dish, refill water, empty wine glass. Server pleasant.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThey at L'Auberge RestaurantThey at L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek on April 24, 2013 were so kind to make a special non-alcohol cocktail as per my wife's request. It was so tasty and my wife was very happy with that.
The food was excellent. the server is very friendly, bright and polite. Surely outstanding.
The seat on the creek is very nice and the sound of water diminishes the acoustic noise of the guests.
It was perfect 30th anniversary of our marriage.
Thanks.

Our table right next to the creek was amazing. Would definitely go to this restaurant the next time we are in Sedona.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWas really a great experience. Was really a great experience. Arrive as early as you can so that you can get a table right alongside the creek. Very romantic spot!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe outside setting by theThe outside setting by the creek is amazing, very romantic. The sound of the water flowing through the creek is soothing.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMWe very much enjoyed the ambianceWe very much enjoyed the ambiance and food. The service has been better on prior visits. For some reason our server seemed to not be very interested in engaging with the guest this time. Usually we enjoy talking and learning from them, but it did not alter our fun. I will say I was most impressed with the valet and lobby staff. Wow, that was great service! We will be back, and hopefully will find better food service experience.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMMy wife and I were travelingMy wife and I were traveling through Arizona after a three day stay in vegas. We were on our honeymoon and were totally blown away by this resturant. The staff was great, the food was awesome and the out door seating next to the creek incredible. We will definitely come back when we visit Sedona next time and that will be soon.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThe weather prohibited usThe weather prohibited us from dining along the creek thus we experienced the tight, crowded and therefore noisy tables inside. On a busy night I do not recommend sitting inside if you are looking for quiet elegant dining. The food was excellent, as always, but service was not as attentive as usual. For these reasons I must give a "4" rating instead of the usual "5" which comes with going to L'Auberge.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMThe L'Auberge Restaurant wasThe L'Auberge Restaurant was a wonderful experience. The location, right next to Oak Creek, along with the great weather, provided us with a birthday for my wife that she will remember for a long time. The buffet had excellent selections and everything was fresh and delicious. The only negative was that for some reason we had to wait quite a while for someone to come to our table after we were seated. Other than that minor problem, everything else was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a truly unique experience in Sedona.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent restaurant, amazingExcellent restaurant, amazing tables by the creek, great food and fantastic service. The negatives, even in April and with gas lamps it was a bit cold, some tables such as ours were a bit dark so difficult to see the menu and check (they did provide a light to assist), food was so good but small portions and finally while an extensive wine list it had none of our favorite CA red wines but we mananged.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AM50th Anniversary DiningA most memorable dining experience of our lifetime. You are greeted warmly by everyone person from the free valet to the entire service staff. The a prix fixe menu is perfect. This was our 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner. We were given the perfect setting alongside Oak Creek making the ambiance incredible.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMthis is the best place to beThis place was unbelievable. Had some ideas on where I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and my mother says go to place in Sedona its the nicest place she has seen. We looked online at the website and I knew right there this was the place to pop the big question. I called for dinner reservations and informed them I was gonna be proposing there so they said they would set me up with a perfect table along creekside. We had the 4 course meal and our waitress Taylor was very pleasant with explaining the menu. So right before our dessert arrived I ask her to marry me and she said yes! Taylor brought us a couple glasses of champagne and we couldn't be any happier..This place is is beautiful and will be returning back every year. This is a must!4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMI am always pleased with L' AubergeI just enjoy breakfast there. It sets the mood for the day!4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed the atmosphere sittingEnjoyed the atmosphere sitting riverside and enjoying the sounds of the water and seeing the Malard ducks take off, land and cruise the "rapids". Food was excellent. Definitely a win for a romantic dinner with your significant other.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGorgeous setting on Oak Creek.Gorgeous setting on Oak Creek. Very knowledgeable and delightful server. Excellent and thoughtfully-prepared courses.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is Arizona? Hard to believe! After five days of exploring the desert around Sedona, sitting by the babbling Oak Creek during our dinner was such a refreshing change. I had no idea there could be such an oasis here in Red Rock country. Service and setting were impeccable. The food was very well prepared and presented. The only negative is that in our experience during this trip, the menu offerings are more creative, imaginative, better prepared, and presented at Che Ah Chi at Enchantment Resort, up Boynton Canyon.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMAmbience is priceless.Wonderful restaurant. We ate creekside and all the tables are right up next to the creek. The sound of the water is delightful. This is VERY VERY VERY pricey (in my opinion...). The bill was $240 per couple with only one bottle of wine. The ambience was priceless.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMFor breakfast on a perfectFor breakfast on a perfect spring day, there is nothing like l'Auberge. After breakfast, you can stroll along the creek and see the sights. Coming soon: baby ducks!3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMGood for rich foodiesFood was unusual and delicious with nice presentation. However, portions were extremely small and pricey. We thought we could order a two course fixed price meal based on the online menu but our waiter said that we had to begin with a three course meal at $69. Our bill came to $152.80 w/o tip added and we only had water to drink. Though service was good and the creekside table was great we think this restaurant is overpriced and overrated.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing setting, service and mealsWe come to Sedona once every couple of years from Portland, OR, and we always make a reservation at L'Auberge. Not only is it the most gorgeous setting (creekside dining with red rock views above), but the food and service are impeccable. Recommendations - the fois gras, veloute, and pork belly were extraordinary. The only slight disappointment of the night was the tartar which had little flavor and was overwhelmed by the brazil nut praline. As entrees, the striped bass and the venison were perfectly cooked, and were bursting with unique flavor. I can't say enough about the sticky toffee pudding for dessert - the description really says it all. Oh, and don't forgot the cocktails -particularly the amazing cask-conditioned negroni.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMInspired Cuisine on Oak CreekL'Auberge would be a five-star restaurant anywhere in the world. The cuisine is superb, the staff professional and unobtrusive, and the setting is perhaps the most romantic in the west. When L'Auberge says "creek side dining" they mean it, out table was quite literally over the edge of Oak Creek! L'Auberge offers its guest two fixed-price options, a three or a four course dinner. The dishes are well-presented and the chef daring and inspired. The wine list is extensive, with something for everyone. This is where you want to go when you need beauty, excellent food, invisible service, and romance. L'Auberge is pricy but then excellence often is.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a good place to stopAlways a good place to stop for lunch. great ambiance creekside3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMHidden gem in Oak Creek CanyonYou want to enjoy a leisurely lunch at white tablecloth tables next to the babbling creek filled with ducks, under the shade trees and feel as if you are not in Sedona. Such a contrast from the red rock desert surroundings. This and free valet parking make this a hidden gem for sure. Good food. Nice wine list.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMWas Hoping to sit outsideWas Hoping to sit outside next to the creek, but no tables were offered for breakfast.May have been to cold that morning. Overall, foood was very good along with service. A little overpriced, but was on vacation.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMSpectacularL'Auberge is one of the 2 top restaurants my wife and I have ever tried. The only drawback is that you have to be in Arizona and then drive a long ways to get to the town of Sedona. Three of us were there at the table, and my wife's cousin ate a traditional diet, but the two us are vegans. The menu is not made for us, but because we gave the chef a great deal of time (5 days) he/she was able to serve us incredible food. 3 courses, plus a taste before of a splendid spoon of fig with delicious, unknown fruits. The waiter knew her business was more than food, but also involved education and explanation of the lovely environment. Highly worth the trip and funds.3/25/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect Ambiance & Delicious FoodMust visit for Sunday brunch. Delicious food (especially the desserts-Boston Crème pie and macaroons). Outstanding service. Beautiful, peaceful scenery.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMMy husband and I stayed atMy husband and I stayed at L'Auberge so we dined at the restaurant several times, including for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you can get a table by the creek I highly recommend it. The restaurant is nice as well, very quaint and quiet. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and pairing dishes with the wine list, which is somewhat expensive. We will definitely return for dinner next time we are in Sedona.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful eveningSevice elegant and ambiance lovely. Food delicious and flavors delightfully complex. Our server, Joel, understood the menu and was able to knowledgeably assist with a great wine selection in my price range. While the restaurant had moderate noise, it was a beautiful and Romantico setting for a couple.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMWe stayed at the OrchardsWe stayed at the Orchards Inn which is just above L'Auberge and took the lighted walkway down to the restaurant. On the way we were invited to look at the moon through a telescope- quite amazing. Dinner was amazing. We did the 3 course choice. The crab crepes were perfect- not too big, and wonderfully seasoned. Next we had the Dungeness Crab salad which was equally as flavorful. The apiring of the blue cheese, bib lettuce and crab was divine. For our entree I had the scallops- melted in my mouth with risotto. My husband had the Sea bass which had a wonderful sauce. For dessert we shared the Sticky Toffee pudding whihc was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. The portions were just right. The shuttle ride home was much appreciated3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMFor the price of the set meal,For the price of the set meal, I expected outstanding food. The white bean salad was tasteless and I remarked on it at the meal. The rest was excellent. Ambiance excellent.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMWhat a wonderful evening! What a wonderful evening! The setting is drop dead gorgeous, the food was incredible and the service perfect! They served a three or four course dinner that was to die for! A perfect romantic evening!!!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMFood + ambiance!Excellent cuisine, great service and unique ambiance. Do opt for the creek-side sitting. Some of our favorites were foie gras, anything duck, venison (!) as well as Pavlova and pudding for dessert.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
