And although I may not cherish EVERY dish, the overall experience is always a treat. They have a wonderful wine list and drink selection. If I stayed at the B&B there I would probably be more adventurous. The wait staff is exceptional; attentive and engaging. Fresh, local ingredients plus an amazing blend of flavors made this a truly great dinner. It was as great as we remembered. Food was fantastic. Service was outstanding - there when needed, but not hovering over you. My wife and I lived and worked in Germany for 12 years, and would regularly scoot over to the Strasbourg area of France for lunch or dinner. However, the food was outstanding - we had the chef's tasting menu - each course got better and better, and the wine pairings were well-chosen. Service was impeccable with a knowledgeable yet unobtrusive waiter. Very romantic ambiance with an open fire.
