Palo Verde is a great place for breakfast, but our dining experience wasn’t as enjoyable. Hope the Management recognizes there was a reason why we were the only diners! The chef in charge was obviously too busy to even check on how we were doing or how was our dining experience!

We Carne Asada, a bottle of wine and desert. Quality of meat was below the average and chewy. The veggies were good and not over cooked. Overall it was NOT a very good experience. Of course very overpriced taking advantage of the beauty of the Boulders. So, to be honest we will not visit the restaurant, but we will come back to check out their bar.

I took my mom there for the Mother's Day Brunch. The buffet was okay but my entree was terrible! I was unable to eat it. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Our waitress was awful. We were waiting forever for the drinks we ordered. On top of the $115 per person, they charged a $40 (might be $45) "service fee", there was another fee on it, plus they automatically added a 20% gratuity which I would have NEVER have given. Overall, it was not worth the $370 I paid. Not even close. They started to clean up around us (our reservation was at 1:45 p.m.) making us feel rushed. Just overall a disappointing experience. The resort was beautiful though. I might come back to stay there but I will never do the Mother's Day Brunch ever again.

This was a completely disappointing Mother's Day Brunch. We've been before, 8 years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, the service was horrible - had to ask 4 times for coffee, had to ask for water refilled, hardly saw many waiters going around the tables, the food came out all cold and had to have everything sent back. Before, they had tons of stations around the perimeter of the room with a tons of options. Now, it's very limited on what they have, no salad bar or veggies, nothing for kids, no carving station, etc. Would never return and certainly NOT worth the super expensive price of the brunch.

I’m hopeful that this is a different experience than what the actual restaurant is like, however, we attended the Mother’s Day Brunch on 5/11 and it was very underwhelming. To start, we didn’t get greeted by our server for at least 10-15 minutes and this was even asking a couple of other workers if they knew if we had a server and even how the brunch worked, so that we could maybe get started eating. Anyway, the server finally came and we went to the buffet line. The food was overall very underwhelming. Nothing stood out as excellent except for the omelette station, which was fine. The dessert was decent though. Then after that you chose a main course (kind of strange after a buffet but sure). The choices were limited and it would’ve been nice if it included some breakfast choices since it was a brunch but was just chicken, fish, beef and a vegetarian ravioli. That was also decent. Furthermore, at the beginning of the meal, we asked if mimosa were included and were told “yes.” We therefore all got a mimosa. This leads me though to the bill, where we found out that the mimosas were NOT actually included and instead $25 per person for bottomless mimosas, which would’ve been nice to know seeing as I only had one and could’ve skipped that. The bill also included a 20% gratuity despite there only being four of us. Fine, I understand that it was a special event, however, our service was definitely not worth that much gratuity as our waters were never refilled and most of the meal was us serving ourselves at the buffet. Overall (tl;dr), this brunch was definitely not worth the money and I wish we had gone somewhere else. I would advise others to do the same.

The best sea bass I have ever had….and for being land locked, is saying something. My wife had the vegetarian option and was thrilled with flavor and texture. A special meal
