  • "I would consider myself a foodie having eaten at many world class restaurants. The concept of this restaurant is just wrong. Don't let the bar aspect make you think you're at Chef's table. You can barely see into the kitchen with the tacky plastic fruit and vegetables displayed. I basically bussed my table because waiters couldn't reach over the bar. Amuse bouche of fois, wine reduction and Parmesan foam made my gorge rise and I love fois gras! Salmon and duck were passable. Some sides were delicious. I'm am more than willing to spend top dollar for great food..it's my entertainment when I'm in vegas. The ambience and counter/chefs table concept miss the mark completely. Le cirque or Guy Savoy for me!"

  • "Then I had a Kobe steak It was a little on the fatty side and I don't mean the marbling. It also didn't have as much flavor as I am used to.The wine was not on their menu but they will go next door for me and get it. My fav is anything from Gevrey Chambertain. They even had a bottle they were serving by the glass at only $35 per with a very generous pour. The last time they even had it in a half bottle which is rare. When the head chef came by he picked it up and saw what it was he looked me in the eye, smiled and preceded to try and steal it for him self. It was pretty funny. So all in all I would always recommend Robuchon to anyone. Not to have a meal but to have an experience"

  • "The Food is ok , ( W e spect much more for a Michelin star restaurant ), the food is ok not spectacular, we understand that a test menu is slow but this was incredible slow we arrive at 8.30 and the last plate arrive 12.15 !!!, so we are almost sleeping there. So if you have time may be you like it , or may me they normally are faster and we have bed look this time!"

  • "A little hard to get reservations, but well worth it when you can get in. I say its one of the best value tasting menus in Vegas. A must try. I've been here around 10 times, and the menu changes by the season. Make sure to get the quail stuffed with fois."

  • "My husband & I love taking trips to Vegas to trip all the ritzy restaurants. He suggested L'Atelier to me almost a year ago. At the time I was unable to get reservations for the days we'd be visiting. We planned another trip to Vegas for my birthday this year, and I marked my calendar for when Open Table would expand to reservations in April. I snagged a 6p for 2 on my birthday, and it couldn't have been a more special night. The food really was out of this world. We had the fois gras stuffed quail, lobster bisque, and the veal sweetbreads (my favorite of the night). The pear mojitos we ordered to drink were so refreshing. And the complimentary amuse bouche of fois gras custard, port wine reduction, & Parmesan foam was a wonderful treat!"

  • "This is the second time we have dined here in the last two years. It is very colorful (red, black, yellow decor) and you can be up front and center to watch the chefs work (if you wish), which is quite interesting. The service is excellent, attentive but not intrusive. They have an excellent french wine list, though as per most restaurants these days, they are over priced. The attention to detail is excellent and the quality of the food good to excellent. We each had the multi course tasting, which may be too much food for some. Like most higher end dining experiences, it comes with a price. However, scaling things back could keep you under a hundred dollars per person. It remains one of our "go to" places to dine when we get to Vegas."

  • "The food here is outstanding. We were sated at the bar - there are very few tables. Our waiter was knowledgeable and quick to respond to any request. Our only complaint is that it is over priced even for Vegas. A small plate of three prawns (not large ones) was $69.00. What a marvelous wine list!!"

  • "A truly outstanding evening. One can order items by course or create a tasting menu ranging from 5 to 9 items. We elected to do a 1st course, main course and dessert. Each item was absolutely fabulous. We were well taken care of by the wait staff at all times. We sat at the bar, since we love to cook, so we could watch the chef and his team prepare items. What fun!"

People are very friendly and cordial, I am allergic to dairy and they went out of their way to make and incredible dessert and were always alert about the food that I was having to make sure that if there was any dairy they could make modifications. So overall this was a whole experience! One I will recommend to anyone and everyone!!"

The highlight for me, was the Hangar Steak, which was astonishingly flavourful and tender, served with the unbelievably delicious velvet-like mashed potatoes!!! Delicious food cooked to perfection and presented as a work of art!"

  • "Always a great place to eat! Le crabe royal salad with tender butter lettuce leaves, Cherokee Purple tomatoes and fresh mozzarella is an entree that we choose most of the time. I had a new entree of foie gras in a bouillon with tiny carrots and dollops of carrot puree. As you ate the puree would mix with the bouillon. It was absolutely delicious. Les Tartes for dessert were a great finishing touch."

There wasn't a bite of food that didn't meet or exceed my VERY high expectations for this restaurant. The wine pairings were incredible and the extended introductions to each wine were informative and entertaining. My mind was blown and I cannot wait to return."

  • "I read all the great reviews and thought it would be a fun place to try with my girlfriends. Every review talked about how great the food was and how much fun the atmosphere is. We experienced neither!!!! Not to mention how expensive this place was! Wow! I don't mind paying for excellent food and service, but I DO mind paying when you don't receive it. We made reservations fairly early (6 pm) for Vegas and arrived on time. We were seated quickly and the restaurant itself looked pretty empty. Getting seated quickly was the only positive of the whole evening! Service was horrible! Food was just ok. Nothing special. Waited forever for waiter to bring check. Two hours and $150 later (just my portion) we left. Still hungry!!!"

I have dined at Robuchon in both Hong Kong and Macau and of the three, the Las Vegas branch is best. The "bar" setting is very comfortable and fun to watch the action on the other side of counter.   • "Unfortunately there are no tables for 2, but we ended up having a great time at the bar! My boyfriend and I each had the large tasting menu and wine pairing. A little heavy on the foie gras, but if you like that then this menu is for you! We had six paired wines and all were explained by our fantastic server. We even had the chance to chat with the sommalier and sample a very expensive wine on the house! Our neighbours mentioned that L"Ätelier as their preference over Robuchon next door as you can watch the chef's prepare your dish, and it's more relaxed but still has the upscale menu and wine. Our total bill with tip was $565 but had the best on the menu! Could be paired down to $200 for two."

  • "The online booking reservation on the restaurant website sends you direct to Opentable. The policy here is that only certain booking times are given at times of the day that are less popular. So the only option available to us was a 10pm slot, walking past the restaurant at 9pm, we found it half empty and were offered a table. Had we waited until 10pm we would have had a very different experience, sitting watching the kitchen close down from our position at the bar. The recommendation we where given was to always to call and not to use the website, which I would recommend to all, regardless of the time zone differences."
