A word from Las Palmas Restaurant
Las Palmas is a family owned and operated business with strong ties to the city. From East Rogers Park to Wicker Park, we identify with the strain of this urban metropolis and feel a vested interest in providing a communal place for the essentials of human activities. Tucked into a tiny alcove in one of this city’s trendiest neighborhoods, Las Palmas remains one of Bucktown’s best-kept secrets. Upon entering the restaurant one’s senses are inundated with the vibrant colors of local and international artwork and the festive or melancholy sounds of live traditional music. Las Palmas serves spirited Mexican cuisine in a decidedly upscale, but refreshingly unpretentious environment. Chef Armando Gonzalez provides an exquisite selection of courses made from the freshest ingredients with solid roots in Mexican culinary heritage yet with a penchant for inventive whimsy.Continued
