I am a pasta snob and I have to say that my homemade pasta with duck ragout was as good as meals I enjoyed in Tuscany. The choice of food is great and wine even better. I have also went to the cooking classes which is always nice. The chef mixes in with the crowd and you can ask him some questions. The burratta app was so soft and luscious as was the prosciutto, tomato and roasted pepper that accompanied it. Homemade butternut squash ravioli in sage butter sauce was the kind of dish you don't want to end. Spaghettini with shrimp in garlic and oil, a simple dish but so perfectly balanced that it was elevated to something else. The food is outstanding. There are dietary restrictions available - gluten free and vegetarian options for people with sensitivities which was wonderful. I plan on bringing back some friends very soon.
