"I am a Thai Food lover. It is my favorite food type. I have been to many and I know they are different. But you can be different and be good at the same time like 2 good Pizza Places where people argue who is better. This is not that place.

Scale 1 to 10 (10 Being Best)

THE GOOD - Service was good (8) and they were ready for our open Table (10). Bravo. Dessert was w WINNER (9)
Pad Thai (8.5) / Friend Rice (8.5) / Curry Puff did not look good but it was VERY GOOD (9)

Something they recommended in a WRAP 2 of our party of 12 tried and did not like. It did not look appetizing.
Calamari (1) BURNT and rubbery. Spring Rolls (6) - Chicken/Beef Satay (3) Cold and tiny and just not good.

My 12 guests were not happy. They told me. Sham"

"the food was excellent but unfortunately the service was anything but that. Two women acting has hostesses and waitresses at a packed restaurant doesn't work. We order two drinks and one came out several minutes later but my friends didn't come out till we were half way done eating. We asked for it a few times but getting their attention was a mission in itself. They also gave tables to walk-ins while I had a reservation and had to wait."

"This was my second time here and a few members of our party had a gazillion questions and always remembered something else they wanted after the waiter had walked away. Regardless, the staff was very patient, polite and cooperative! Mad props for putting up with us!!"

"The food at this restaurant was very good. However, they should inquire from patrons the level of spiciness... one of the dishes was way too hot for my one of my friends. In addition, this restaurant gets very busy and thus, the service is not consistent. It started off well once we got there but by the end of our dinner, we had to wait a little longer than usual for someone to bring the bill."

"Had a reservation for 8 and despite clearly being on their list of reservations they acted shocked that we were there. We had to wait an hour to get seated w a reservation. Then when asked by a member of my party if they would throw in a complimentary appetizer to make up for the wait they tried everything to avoid it but did finally concede... My friend to ask for water 3x before getting a glass and then again for a glass of wine. Though i will say once we were able to eat the food was pretty good"

"I enjoyed the experience at Lantern thai restaurant but I wouldn't say that I would go back. The food was great however the service wasn't too appealing. The food was quick but the server just placed all the plates on the table not looking to give each individual their dish. The waiter rarely came to ask how things were. Like I said the food was great but ther than that it was okay. What acutally first attracted me to the restaurant was the beatiful scenery whih sure was a plus!"

"Our dining experience was the most romantic dinner I probably ever had. The food, service, and ambiance were all wonderful and made this a very special night. I was visiting from out of town, but I would definitely go back."
