Car, our waiter, was once again knowledgeable and informative... the wine he chose for us went perfectly with meals we had. The bbq short ribs were very tasty and the pad thai had shrimp, chicken AND pork, and was one of the best I've had and I was just in Thailand a couple of months ago. Amazing beef and pork shoulder entrees, perfectly done crispy kale. Pad Thai flavors were more subdued but well done.

I recommend Lantao to anyone who wants to eat excellent food at a decent price (considering it is South Beach) with unique flavors that still now after dinner make my mouth water. Our server, Carl or Carlos, explained the food extremely well and made us feel very comfortable. The drinks and deserts were to die for!
