AMAZING 10/10 would come back here every time!! Might do my birthday dinner here. Would definitely recommend! The first restaurant I left with no left overs lol!! The drinks were AMAZING. One had me feeling nice.

Maple & Ash = Miami Magic ✨ We were lucky enough to be served by Michael, and let me just say—he went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, his energy, attentiveness, and hospitality were unmatched. The food? Spectacular. The kind that makes you bow your head in quiet approval after the first bite. The carpaccio? Plate-licking good, especially with the basket of hot Felix bread. Delicioso. The mashed potatoes with short rib? Shut the front door good. The Wagyu steak? Demands your full attention. Pure butter. Only hiccup? The lobster pasta was more pasta, less lobster—but Michael redeemed the moment with a grilled half lobster tail that was absolute perfection. Bravo, Michael! I say it all the time and I’ll say it again: no business thrives alone—it’s the people who make the difference. And tonight, Michael was the difference. A total superstar. Between the delicious food and exceptional service, we’ve officially become Maple & Ash lovers. One last thing: MICHAEL FOR MANAGER!🤌🏻

We were there at 5:30 yesterday, seated outside. We had a great waitress Olesia. She served us superbly. However, there’s another waitress with her, named Ana. Ana had poor customer service. She never smiled at anyone and we felt like she didn’t really want to be there. This our fifth time to go to Serafina since you’ve opened last month and we love the place. The manager seems to be present, but I’ve never seen him connect with the guests. He does a lot of walking around, but lacks the connection. The ambiance is great, food is terrific! Great music, awesome vibe.
