Desserts never disappoint and the wine selection is more than adequate. Chicken and beef dishes are delicious so make L'Andana a frequent favorite."

The location couldn't be easier to get to (right off 128) and though you might drive by it as the exterior isn't ostentatious, the interior is quite nice. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. The knew their wine list and were able to answer all questions on the menu. While there were two misses with the food, given we were dining on a Sunday night, I wonder if the regular kitchen staff on a Friday or Saturday night might do better. However the dishes that didn't have issues were very good and would rival anything in Boston."

  • "Food was outstanding, service was awful. Menu was not explained. One of our guests ended up with just a steak on a plate, because sides were not explained. Waited 1/2 hour between appetizer and dinner, then sat with dirty dinner dishes for 25 minutes. Had water refilled twice while dirty dishes sat on the table. Finally ordered desert, it came promptly, coffee came 15 minutes after desert, while dirty desert dishes were still sitting on the table. Other tables around us were complaining of very slow service and no attention. This is a very high end restaurant and you expect excellent service when you pay around $ 100 per person for dinner. Will not return."

Now we are glad that they participate in Restaurant Week, as we will most definitely be going back again! Both the food and the service were excellent. My wife had on of the best salmon dinners she's ever had."

We also took advantage of the Dine out week wine specials and ordered a bottle that went well with our meal. Service was great with James giving us attentive but not rushed experience. This was our first time dining at L'Andana and we will definitely be back."

  • "I did not even know it was restaurant week until I booked with open tables and they told me it was. I like this restaurant it is consistently delicious. Normally during a restaurant week the menu offered is not appealing, my experience has been they have a captive audience and I order off the main menu. Not so this time. L'Andana had a beautiful menu with many choices. We both ordered off the restaurant menu. The evening was delightful with wonderful service very attentive with out hovering. The only negative to this restaurant is the free valet parking. I get it in Boston but this is Burlington...there are only 2 rows of self parking available a bit contrived."

  • "We were a foursome celebrating a colleague's new work position. Thiago and crew must have noticed the flowers set aside and asked if we were celebrating a birthday. I explained and then when dessert arrived our celebrant's dessert had "Congratulations" written across the top of her plate. It was very nice. The meal was delicious."

  • "My wife and I took 2 of our neighbors/friends out for dinner to thank them for some contractor referrals that really turned out well for us. We had eaten there before 3 or 4 times and liked the bar, the friendly service, the food, and the comfortable seating. Our friends loved it and we did too. All the food was outstanding. The very moderate sound level was conducive to conversation. The service was attentive, nothing was rushed, and no server hovering, which I find annoying. All in all, we find this a very relaxing restaurant that doesn't disappoint. It is a bit pricy, but less than say Strega or the Capital Grille and I think the food is better, and my wife didn't have to look at stuffed moose heads ( Capital Grille)."

I went with a friend I had not seen in a while and the waiter (James) was very observant and saw that we wanted to catch up and gave us plenty of time without rushing us in the least. He could not have been nicer or more pleasant. The food was great. All in all, a very positive experience!"

  • "I have always wanted to try Landana and never seemed to get around to it. I took my wife there for her birthday and was I sorry I hadn't gone before. It is one of the best restaurants in the Boston area. I had the veal chop and my wife had the lobster with shells. Everything was perfect and worth the price!!! Will be back soon"

  • "No question this place is the top spot in the general area. In a sea of cookie cutter places L'Andana shines even brighter. The ambiance is nice but not over the top. The food is very good to excellent. Pastas stand out, sides too. The caesar salad, just ok. But it's the steaks that are mind blowing here. All were excellent... filet, porterhouse, and the "off the charts" bone-in ribeye. Nice wine list that's not as pricey as their sister restaurants in Boston. Parking a breeze. Very impressed but really shouldn't be surprised as I also love Sorellina, Mistral and Teatro in Boston which they also own."

  • "Outstanding!! This was my 3rd time dining here, but the first time my husband and I were able to go together. It was such a wonderful evening!!! He was equally impressed, and we will surely be going back... L'Andana is surely a gem!!! A somewhat random location, is made up for it the moment you walk up the stairs and are surrounded by the beautiful scene of the luscious flower boxes and topiaries. Then, upon entering, the atmosphere is top notch... the lighting, decor and music is superb!!! You must give it a try :)"

  • "We had a late reservation and there was hardly anyone there. We had the prefix menu. The fish was dry and peppers were half roasted, and the filet was overcooked. The waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable. They apologized for the inadequate meals and we were able to pick any dessert from the menu. The desserts were far superior to the meal. I chalk it up to an off night and the lateness in the day. We have always had good meals there in the past and would go back again. Would have hoped they would have taken something off the bill but they did not."

We happened to go on the time frame for $45.00 three course special menu. This menu offered items I would have ordered on the regular menu but far less expensive during the 5:30 to 6:30 time frame. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to others and we shall be back again and again."

  • "Six of us went to L'Andana to celebrate our anniversaries. The food was excellent. The service was very good but not excellent. This is a fairly expensive restaurant with entrees mostly in the mid 30 to high 40 range. The wait staff should be a little more attentive and able to anticipate what is needed. For example, one of the couples shared a salad and the waiter never brought an extra plate for them to use . On the plus side, the restaurant brought over complimentary desserts for the 6 of us and the plate said "happy anniversary". That was a very nice surprise and ending to the dining experience. We will probably go back for another special occasion."

The food that we ordered was good, I was expecting it to be great! I think what we ordered which came highly recommend by staff as well as a few patrons we were talking to, were just plain entrees. I would definitely go back and try something else!"

  • "There was no accommodation whatsoever made for two vegetarians accompanying two meat eaters. I specifically told the waiter that we were vegetarians and asked what they could do for us. He pointed us to the "side dishes" and suggested a few. He mentioned that one (heirloom tomato risotto) was 'hearty'. When we ordered it, he asked "for a side or entree?" and we replied "entiree". What came was less than a side portion. It barely covered the bottom of a small soup bowl Barely covered it! And it cost $14! When we commented on how we thought we would be getting a bit more food, he said only "oh, that's my fault." No accommodation was made or effort to ensure that vegetarians were fed. How expensive are vegetables? I'm completely disappointed."

  • "I had been meaning to get L'Andana for quite some time after hearing nothing but rave reviews. I finally made it there and boy do I wish I had gone earlier. Everything was fantastic. The wait staff were incredibly professional and patient as we took our time drinking and eating over a 2 1/2 hour period. We never felt rushed or that we were overstaying our welcome. As a matter of fact, the longer we stayed, the more at home the wait staff made us feel. As for the food, it was great. I started off with the pasta bolognese appetizer which was simply out of this world. I moved on to a great bone-in-ribeye steak which was among the best I have ever tasted. The desserts that we had (the mousse and the peach/blackberry crisp were amazing."
