We struggled with the menu and realized before our server informed us that the menu had changed since our last visit.
I applaud restaurants that do make menu changes,but not impressed with several of the new items.
I don't need L'Andana to offer several steak cuts/sides.
I can go to Capital Grillefor this.
I dine at L'Andana for the creative choices it offers.
Cornish Hen/Swordfish not 2 of them.
Lamb Bolognese should be better described with pork/veal also.
I miss the Chicken with Arugula and Tomatoes!

Once inside the beautiful building it was all forgotten as I got lost in the smell of the wood burning fires and the pleasant ambiance of the restaurant. A spacious room with high ceilings gave a open feeling to the room. The waitstaff and hostesses were pleasant and helpful. Our drinks were delicious and the food choices made decision making difficult because there were great options.
We were very happy with our appetizers and entree choices. All the food came out hot (though I thought my soup was a little TOO hot) and the plates were beautifully prepped. For the entrees, my wife had the salmon and I got the swordfish. We got the truffle fries and sugar snap peas as sides. Again, the fish was very fresh and delicious as were the sugar snap peas. The truffle fries were good as well. I had a glass of pinot grigio from the wine list that was good, too. My husband & I ordered their delicious melt in your mouth salmon entrees. I started my meal w/ rigatoni & while he had wild mushroom soup. Both were excellent. To finish it off, I had panna cotta & he had a sinful chocolate tort. Instead of browsing thru their extensive wine menu, we decided to try their RW wine selections for $38 per bottle. We ordered a bottle of Argentinian cabernet. Very pleasant wine & great price.
