It's hard to beat. But they also did a wonderful job with the two appetizers we ordered--scallops and crispy shrimp. Love the new look, too. The place has been completely renovated and updated inside, but retains its nice ambiance. Everything from salad to main course was beautifully prepared and presented. Service was fast and friendly after the disappointing 20 minute wait to have our 7 pm reservation honored. While we go for the prime rib, there are many wonderful options on the menu. Good value too compared to other Vail restaurants + they are very payient with passionate noisy toddlers like ours.
