  • "When I knew we were going to spend a day in Lambertville I asked a friend who is local to recommend a place. His fisrt suggestion was Lambertville Station. I was not disappointed. The food and service was good. The restaurant was very crowded both inside and out but our reservation was honored on time. Though crowded we were comfortably seated and could easily converse. Very nice expeieince"

  • "We haven't been to Lambertville Station in several years and were happy to find that it was even better than before. The food was outstanding and the service was prompt and efficient. Had it been a little cooler we definitely would have taken advantage of the patio. We definitely will be back."

  • "We thought we were making reservations for one place and made them for another. The two restaurants - Lambertville Inn and Lambertville Station Inn - are operated by the same parent company and are at the same address. Staff tried to accommodate us and send us to where we thought we were headed, but a wedding was booked and the venue was therefore closed to the public. Oh well, but good on them for trying. Food was very good and portions generous. Service is attentive and professional. My only problem with the meal was the flavor of butane in the creme brulee. The custard part was also an odd consistency, at least not a consistency I have had in the past, but that may just reflect my experience."

  • "The place is nicely decorated with lots of windows to view the canal and passersby. We had the blackened tuna and it was nicely prepared and presented. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and recommended the Pinot Noir wine flight which was a great match for the spiciness of the tuna."

  • "Loved the crab cake dinner. The wine list is extensive & the wait staff was great. We left a purchase on the table and the waitress called my cell (because I booked on Open Table) and then met us outside the restaurant to give us our items. Also, the chef mixed us up a batch of the signature honey spread for the cheese dish for us to purchase. I was highly impressed!"

  • "Loved the food and service but our table of six next to the kitchen was very noisy and distracting. Since I made the reservations ahead of time, it would have been nice to get a better table. It won't stop me, however, from visiting again."

  • "Donna, our server was fabulous! It was my daughter's 16th birthday - me and 4 teenage girls - she was wonderful! The food was excellent! My only complaint is that they don't have 2% or skim milk for the cappuccino. :)"

  • "I met a colleague at the Lambertville Station for lunch. It was a beautiful day and we requested outside seating - the host immediately granted our request. Our waiter was friendly and genteel. I ordered the salmon special and it was delicious! I would highly recommend the Lambertville Station!"

  • "I rate as fair as I had a martini but asked to have grey goose vodka, the waitress should have come back to the table prior to them making the drink that grey goose vodka in my martini would cost an additional $4.00. It was bad enough that the martini was regular price of $14.00 but they added another $4.00 to it for grey goose which now cost me $18.00 for one martini, if our waitress had come to me before they made the drink I would have ordered a glass of wine instead. We could not believe that they just assumed I would be okay to pay an extra $4.00 for vodka in a martini. They really should have told the price difference of the drink and not just assumed we would be okay with paying $18.00 for a martini!"

  • "Yup. I got stuck in the ladies room downstairs in the wine cellar. The door wouldn't open. The knob would turn but the bolt stayed in the frame. Women on the other side of the door tried to help. Nothing worked until someone fetched an employee who had a key and, voila, I was set free."

  • "The hostess as exceptionally helpful in finding us suitable table away from noise but still accessible by a handicapped person in our group. The service was a little lax even though the servers' station was 8 ft away. Servers were inattentive to some of our needs. Tghe food was fine."

  • "We had brunch here for the first time and from the moment we sat down, we knew this would become a regular brunch place. Great food, the view from inside, the service, perfect place to go for brunch."

  • "We had reserved a table for brunch thinking we were going to be inside with the buffet and decided when we arrived to sit out on the porch. There was a separate menu for the outside dining and the buffet was not an option. Good breakfast and lunch choices, although my wrap had too much spinach in it and not enough meet. My strawberry daiquiri had a lot of chunked ice in it also instead of being "frozen". The banana rum ice cream was very good."

  • "We went to the Lambertville Station for a combination birthday/father's day treat. We were seated upstairs with a great view of the canal and the added benefit of a bit quieter surroundings as compared to the main floor. We tried the snapper soup and the lobster/crab bisque - both very tasty. My husband had a NE lobster roll for the first time and loved it. I had the steamed clams (fantastic) and a house salad. We were both very pleased with the meal, service and surroundings. Will be going back again for sure. Lambertville itself is a quaint historic town just a short walk across a bridge (over the Delaware River) from New Hope, PA. Lots of historic ambiance and architecture, lots of arts and unique shopping. Great destination."

  • "We had reservations for 6:00. We were allowed to stay in the bar until about 6:20 before they got antsy about our taking out table and then they were very polite about it. I ordered a filet cooked medium rare. My fault; I should have ordered a medium. but it was tasty! Everything was good for us."

  • "This is a great destination for an adventure. The locale by the Delaware river is really pretty and the historic town is nice with quaint shops. The food was excellent...a Healthy salad with broiled salmon....followed by very good french fries and a wonderful Meyer Lemon Mousse... There is an extensive wine list too!....It was a pleasant place to spend a weekend afternoon...I recommend it!"

  • "i picked this place for the menu and the locale - both of my friends loved it! i had the lobster roll, which was delicious, but it was so hard to decide what to get, as the menu had so many other good choices. i can't wait to go back soon and try something else!"

  • "Nice place for lunch or dinner. Outside would have been great, but weather was threatening, so we chose to dine indoors. Reluctant to check great on any of the above, but certainly a very nice place to dine. Service was extremely good, waiter helpful and attentive."

  • "It was busy on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was lively, the service very good, the rail bender Bloody Mary delicious (served with olive, cheese and shrimp) and salmon was very good. The rice and vegetables were uninspired, however. The cod special was ordinary and looked anemic. The coffee to finish the meal was tasty and the banana rum gelato dessert was delicious and an interesting flavor combo. Overall it was a good experience. I would be inclined to return to the bar and for outdoor lunch but not for dinner."

  • "Lovely location on the New Jersey side of the Delaware with a large parking lot. We like to park in their lot rather than drive across the bridge into New Hope, PA. We walk across the bridge instead. They charge $20, but refund it when you dine there. We had gazpacho which was delicious. We shared 1 appetizer, a goat cheese tower and 1 salad, mozzarella and fresh greens, which were both good, but too much food. Then we both ordered the farm-raised elk. I had had it last year and thought it was delicious. it may have been prepared differently. This time it was very tough. it was difficult to cut even with a steak knife. We told our waiter and he deducted one of the entrees from our bill."

  • "We love coming here, particularly to cool off in the downstairs bar first during the summer with some oysters and beer, then moving outside by the train tracks for dinner. We've always had a great time and usually have excellent servers (we came for our anniversary a month ago and had a really great waitress that was practically a mother to us by the end of the night, we're a young couple and she was great, joking with us and really friendly), but this time we had an unpleasant server. She kept taking the menus away from us before we could make a decision and it became quite frustrating because we wanted to enjoy a leisurely dinner, but even the specials list kept wandering away. It was a blip, usually really great, love the parking deal!"

  • "We went to Lambertville Inn on Monday evening to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary because many other restaurants in our area are closed on Mondays. I enjoyed the ambiance and the pretty flowers along the rail tracks. We both loved the warm rolls and almond bread. I had Crab cakes which were very good. My husband ordered the Elk steak which we had never tasted before. We both found it to be very tough and chewy. Maybe Elk can't be tenderized? Everything else was wonderful."

  • "We specifically wanted to dine outdoors because it was a beautiful June evening. Their outdoor dining area was very nice, shaded, and away from any street noise. The food and service was very good, and their menu offiers some unusual items beyond what you find in a typical good restaurant. We would definitely return again."
