We were seated as soon as a table was ready. Our waiter was attentive and very friendly. He gave us good recommendations for food and wine. Our family lingered over a relaxing meal and enjoyed each others company immensely. The service perfectly complimented the meal; our fondue's were quickly exchanged out when emptied, but we were never rushed along. We had the four course meal which I had purchase a voucher for on TravelZoo for $49 (worth $112 i think). We started with a salad of our choice then we enjoyed the applewood smoked cheddar bacon fondue "appetizer" which was amazing, it was served with vegetables, pieces of various breads and granny smith apply chunks. for my main course I had the fish selection which included shrimp, lobster ravioli, salmon, and sesame crusted tuna, we chose the red wine infused cooking method which had shallots and mushrooms in it. From the hostess to the busser the service was excellent. Our server Gigi explained the whole fondue process with great description. She also made excellent pairing suggestions for the cheese and main courses. We were greeted at the door with a Happy Anniversary and a smile. The night was just perfect and more than we could have hoped for. Being a Sunday evening it was a quiet evening except for a small group of baseball fans dining before going home. Fondue by its nature is a slow paced dining experience as the cook it yourself takes time. With multiple courses, we spent 2+hours enjoying the food and experience. Our waitstaff was attentive and kept the pace of the course from stacking up on each other. The entree selection provides choices for all types of appetites and with a chocolate selection for dessert the total evening was a hit. With tables having a single heat source, it provides for an intimate quiet experience loaded with conversation. We ended up getting only cheese, salad, and dessert (four courses is a HUGE meal and sharing at a place like this is often complicated). The cheese options were very tempting, and we were quite happy with the one we settled on.
