' La CerveceriaTapas yesA fun neighborhood restarant - sit outside and enjoy good tapas and an excellent beer selection. Recommend.6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMskip the lobster quac thereskip the lobster quac there are sooooo many other good things on the menu6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMGood food, good serviceEverything was very good. I can't really say much else beyond that. We went on a weekday at 5:30, so it wasn't remotely crowded. The tapas they had were all very good, although I did not have one that blew my mind. Sangria wasn't so great, but the beer list was quite impressive.6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMOur waitress was very courteous. Our waitress was very courteous. Forgot her name, but she was the tall, brunette, Caucasian woman. Food was good.
My only suggestion would be to add turkey bacon as an alternative to the pork.6/2/2013 12:00:00 AMCasual, fun and delicious!Huge variety of great beers and delicious tapas to share! You will not be disappointed!5/30/2013 12:00:00 AMNot The Norm....I go to this place a lot. Great food and ambiance. Sadly, this trip was a big disappointment. Must have been a new cook as the food this time was very sub-par.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMSunday BrunchEnjoyed brunch on the patio. Service was friendly and very attentive. Cocktails refreshing and delicious! Very good cheesecake. Would go back next time in New York and try other dishes.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect once againThis was our second time to La Cerveceria. As good as the first time. The food is beyond delicious. The sangria is excellent and the staff could not be more accommodating. See you next time we are in NYC5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMTerrific nuevo Latino foodExceptionally well thought through menu items with great taste combinations. Great guacamole and ceviche, and friendly service. Will return. Next time, will try the beer.5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experience! My girlfriend and I had a really great night. Great food, great beer/drinks, and good service. We had a timeout New York offer and unlike some places they had no problem accepting it and in fact were very supportive of it. The service was very good and even when they had brought out the wrong empanadas they let us keep it and gave us the correct order for free!! Now that's great service to the customer. We were able to move from an inside table to one outside with no problem which I appreciate. EXTENSIVE beer selection!5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMBrunchMy SO and I had brunch here with a Living Social deal this past weekend. The food was excellent. I had the shrimp and egg tacos with home fries and he had the green eggs and ham. They forgot the bacon on his plate, which we did not even notice, but our server picked up on it and brought out a freshly cooked, piping hot side of delicious bacon without being asked. I had a sangria and he had a mimosa, both of which were good. The sangria came with fresh fruit, which is, of course, how it should be served. The ambiance was trendy but friendly. The prices were great and we definitely plan on returning5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMvery enjoyable!Great food (the avocado purple potatoe dish was killer!). There was not a single dish that we got that we didn't like - everything was tasty!
The beer selection was awesome.
Great location. Cute and intimate inside, will definitely go back.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely Place With Amazing tTpas.I had a friend in from out of town and we found La Cerveceria, what a great time! The tapas are amazing, although portions are somewhat small, but quality is great. The chef really has creative and super tasty dishes (I highly recommend the Skewers, and causas.). Beer list and the wine list is perfect - service attentive and super helpful without being pushy at all. I can't wait to take someone else!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMSpectacularOur experience was spectacular start to end!
The food was delicious and the drink was amazing.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMHuge beer listsHeard about this place and decided to try it out with a group of friends -- was absolutely thrilled with the food. It was delicious and a fun atmosphere. Food arrived fresh and swiftly. Would strongly recommend the Tuna tartare, the seafood cauda and the Fluke ceviche. Beer list is expandive! They have more than 150 beer.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMIntimidating Beer list!I went here with two of my best friends and we couldn't have been more pleased. The atmosphere was fantastic...for a group or for a date. The place is adorable and we were seated away. Tapas were amazing , we got to share everything which made dinner more fun. Beer list is intimidating and should be a haven for beer lovers... I asked our waiters how many beer they carry and said more than 150.Wow!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMNice place. Our experience at la Cerveceria was a memorable one!

of more than 150 beers from all over the world!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMVery nice place, small butVery nice place, small but comfortable. Famous for tons of beer and wine choices. The food menu is a bit small for entrees but very good. Spent almost two hours ordering tapas, few drinks, and two entrees. The service was friendly and superb! They even offered to put flowers we bought in water. Perfectly paced service, As I said its more of a tapas, appetizer type place with prices around $16 for them, so its not inexpensive, but did not mind.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic experience. FoodFantastic experience. Food was AMAZING and paced perfectly (it is mostly tapas style so shared among the table). Extremely extensive beer list, although some were quite pricey. Great vibe, although the music was a bit too loud for a restaurant at 8pm - couldn't really hear people across the table. Service was fast and friendly and they were very accommodating to our birthday girl :) Took a reso for 8 on a saturday night which was great (they make resos for any size) but seating was spaced out a bit cramped (even for a manhattan restaurant). overall would definitely recommend and definitely come back!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was great & we had aFood was great & we had a blast!!! Staff was very attentive since it was my husband's birthday... Will go back4/20/2013 12:00:00 AM“Amazing Tapas”I found this restaurant by chance. My friend had recommended another tapas restaurant in NYC that turned out to be closed on Monday nights. So, I decided to stay with the tapas theme and chose La Cerveceria. Inside, was very warm and lively - very good vibes coming from the other patrons. The menu was amazing - so many choices. We ended up with skirt steak, salad, empanadas (yummy), mushroom truffle causas and a few other things. The sangria was awesome and a little strong which is a good thing. The beer list was kind of intimidating (more than 150 beers) Our bill was only about $120 for three people which is reasonable for the city. I highly recommend La Cerveceria. .4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWill definitely go again!Food and service was good and I'd definitely go again!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous atmosphere......Fabulous atmosphere, innovative food, and delicious drinks make La Cerveceria a must visit. An extensive menu of beer and tapas options guarantees that there is something for everyone in your group, with highlights such as "Empanadas and fish tacos" skirt steak with chimichurri and Guinoa risotto. . The sangria is one of the best (and strong too!), while other drinks such as the ginger mojito are impressive as well. Reservations are highly recommended, although the beer list at the bar make any wait an enjoyable experience.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was great though seemedFood was great though seemed like they were short staffed.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMAbsolutely Scrumptious! What a hidden gem in NY! came here with a group of friends not really knowing what to expect. Once we got inside, I was blown away by the decor.. Absolutely beautiful! we shared a total of 8 tapas , and i must say the empanadas and tacos was AMAZING....Absolutely everything was scrumptious and meticulously designed to tantalize the taste buds....Absolutely worth re-visiting!4/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat new peruvian findThe food was phenomenal and I'd highly recommend the tuna ceviche to anyone who goes. We also had the fish tacos- and in all of the dishes, the fish was fresh and the flavor was outstanding.
Their wine list is intense, and though I'm not a wino, I imagine it'd be suitable for those who are. Loved the ambiance too- not overly crowded and very cute inside. Mostly loved the noise level, it was moderate and I could have a normal volume conversation with my friend.
Will def go back.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMI enjoyed my birthday mealI enjoyed my birthday meal there and the service was outstanding!4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMEaster BrunchI loved the food & the never ending refills of drinks. GREAT BRUNCH!!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMVery good, reasonably pricedVery good, reasonably priced brunch. The sangria and the stuffed french toast were phenomenal3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMthe service was genuinelythe service was genuinely friendly and concerned that we enjoyed ourselves. the food was delicious, all the flavors were distinct yet balanced, the variety of flavors and textures was a lot of fun, and it was an extremely pleasant place to sit and enjoy a delicious meal.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMPeruvian food at its finestWe had a great dinner experience at La Cerveceria. Even though they botched up our reservations (made a reservation for 7pm but were entered into their system for 8pm) they were able to give us a table right away. The food was excellent. It comes in small plates and we ordered four of them and left very satisfied. Food/drinks that really stood out: white sangria, lobster guacamole, any of the potato dishes, and the goat cheese cake. Dessert was excellent as well. Dinner for two with drinks, food, and dessert came out to be around $100. The restaurant seems to run quite a few promotions through Groupon et al. We got $15 off through Scoutmob. This is definitely a place we will go back more often.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMamazing food and drinks toamazing food and drinks to go along with the best staff!!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMTasty food, exceptional friendlyTasty food, exceptional friendly service, great music..overall fantastic night. Most definitely plan on going back and becoming a regular.3/11/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent little hideawayGreat neighborhood spot with excellent excellent food, only downfall like many Nyc restaurants is that it can a tight squeeze if sitting at one the tables along the wall. Service was excellent and the food has been excellent each time I've been, highly recommended3/1/2013 12:00:00 AMA great Peruvian hotspotWe loved this restaurant. The food was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was bustling friendly. It felt like we were plugged into something very energetic and special. Highly recommend.1/19/2013 12:00:00 AMWeekend Brunch! If you do not know about their weekend brunch, you need to try it. Our meal was delicious! You can order your own entree or share as we did. The steak quesadilla was amazing as were the smaller but equally delicious egg and shrimp tacos. We also had the french toast, which was like a dessert with the bananas and cheese filling with a bit of strawberry jam on the side.11/18/2012 12:00:00 AM
