La BoccaGreat Mother's Day dinnerI took my wife here for Mother's Day. It reminded us of our trip to Italy a few summers ago - we loved it. Colorful but tasteful decor, small enough to be intimate, but not crowded. Excellent appetizers, fish, and tiramisu. I felt like I was in Italy on vacation. The TV at the bar was showing Italian language news, and as a solo diner, the owner came and sat at my table to chat with me for about 5 minutes. Then he brought little samples of things I hadn't ordered just to let me taste them.
The food was delicious - the best I've had in a while. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the decor was appealing. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I know I'll be returning.3/11/2013 12:00:00 AM
