La Bella VitaTasty Italian DiningWhen La Bella Vita was recognized as one of the Best of the Springs for 2013, we knew we had to check it out. It was a quiet Wednesday night in the restaurant and we were seated right away. Service was terrific and before we knew it we were dining on unbreaded calamari and house bread, our salads, and moving on to the main course. Everyone enjoyed their food, whether it was fettuccine, spaghetti, lasagna, or a shrimp scampi. And the deserts were wonderful as well. We'll definitely be back to sample other delicacies on their menu!5/15/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day at La Bella VitaThis restaurant was a central point for the family to get together from around the State, and they made it very special for us. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect for a lunch time celebration! Our waiter, Eric, was the best I have had in a long time.We hope to make this one a regular stop!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Italian cuisine. SoGreat Italian cuisine. So very good. Great attentive service.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Shrimp & Mushroom appetizerThe Shrimp & Mushroom appetizer was wonderful, as was the Burrata alla Bella Vita. The cheese on the Burrata was MAGNIFICENT!! Smooth, creamy - oh so good! Entrees we sampled were the Tortellini della Nonna and the halibut special. Both excellent - no complaints at all! Good wine list - although I would like to see a few more Chianti selections (especially by the bottle). We even splurged and had dessert - crème brule and tiramisu ... again, excellent and no complaints! Service was above par - attentive without being overbearing!4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat traditional ItalianGreat traditional Italian food. Will pass it on.
